New Luxury Villa with pool. 3 min walk to sea/town

This was a great location and accomodation! Eneida was very responsive and helpful. She made sure that we had everything we needed throughout the stay and was responsive to any questions. The home was cute, comfy, and private. I was with my 2 kids and mom and the set up was perfect for them to have their space in the living room with the TV. My mom had her private room and bath, and I thoroughly enjoyed my private suite and amazing outside soaking tub. The pool in the private courtyard was a perfect size and always clean. It is a short walk to the beach, the path is a little rocky, but my mom walked it without issue. There is a grocery store very close, which was very convenient for last minute items. I would definitely return for another stay!

The place was gorgeous and very well maintained. During the course of our stay there was a gardener, cleaner, and pool maintenance man who came to keep the rental looking nice. Our favorite part of the property was all of the wildlife. We saw many different birds, insects, lizards, crabs, and even an agouti in the yard. The parking is snug, but once you get the hang of it, it’s no trouble at all. It’s located in a very walkable area, so if you don’t have a car you’ll be just fine.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this home was, and felt very secure and private, surrounded by the jungle. Loved every bit of the home and would definitely stay here again on trips to Puerto Viejo. Did not disappoint, everything was great about this stay. Don’t hesitate to book, I was very happy with my decision. PURA VIDA!!

Our stay was incredible. We were away from the noise of the town but still close to everything. The atmosphere was serene, with fruit trees, wildlife, and fresh air. The villa was incredibly clean and the host was incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay again.

This place is magical, the rooms are spacious and cozy. You can't hear any outdoor sounds from surrounding jungle or houses when your inside. The Airbnb is walkable to the supermarket and many restaurants. It's about a 5 minute walk to the black sand beach. The pool is larger than expected and had floaties. Everything was incredibly clean and stocked. We hope to stay here again and again. The host was very responsive and answered every question we had. Highly suggest booking this place, we had the best time. Pictures don't do it justice.

Great stay a short walk from the city but still in a more quiet area

Such a beautiful house! The kitchen and living room were a perfect space for cooking/eating/hanging. Each room had its own AC so you could be comfortable from the heat. The bedrooms had everything I needed, along with the bathrooms. There are 2 gates, so you feel extremely safe and the town and beach are minutes walking! Plus, there is a large market a couple of blocks away. I loved the pool area to chill at night- peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend!!!
