The Space

This spacious villa is situated just 0.5 miles from downtown La Fortuna, making it an ideal choice for families, groups of friends, and couples. The house features five bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, along with a central cooling unit in the living room and kitchen area to keep you comfortable after your daily adventures.

There are 3.5 full bathrooms with hot water available throughout the property. The private swimming pool is surrounded by lush gardens filled with tropical flowers and offers a spectacular view of the Arenal Volcano.

Bedroom Layout

• Room 1: King-sized bed, bunk bed with two single beds, and a full bathroom
• Room 2: Double bed, single bed, bunk bed with two single beds, and a full bathroom
• Room 3: Double bed and single bed
• Room 4: Double bed and single bed
• Room 5: Bunk bed with two single beds

Rooms 3, 4, and 5 are located on the second floor and share one full bathroom.

The villa can accommodate up to 17 guests. The base nightly rate covers up to 10 people; each additional guest is charged $25 per night. Please include the total number of guests when booking to receive an accurate price.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and all its facilities. Please review the house rules before booking. The rental rate depends on the total number of guests, including children, so be sure to provide an accurate headcount for a precise quote.

The property owners live nearby and offer traditional Costa Rican meals at reasonable prices. They also provide cooking classes if you wish to experience authentic local cuisine during your stay. Let us know if you would like to arrange any meals.
