The Space
Casa Artistica is a stylishly designed private villa located in the heart of Tamarindo. The home features two living areas, four uniquely decorated bedrooms, a high-end kitchen, and a charming tropical pool yard complete with a cabana. Every room opens up to the pool, enhanced by walls of windows and designer touches throughout.
The property is fully enclosed by walls, providing maximum privacy and security. Inside the gated driveway, there is parking available for several vehicles.
Location
The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to many local attractions:
- The beach is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk away.
- Grocery stores can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
- Restaurants, coffee shops, the gym, and the Tamarindo night market are all within a 5 to 6-minute walk.
Along the route to the beach, there are multiple spots to stop for refreshments.
Guest Access and Transportation
Guests have exclusive access to the entire secure property. The house’s central location makes it very walkable to explore all that Tamarindo offers.
For those not planning to travel extensively around the country, it is recommended to use the preferred airport shuttle service. During the stay, walking or renting a golf cart are convenient options for getting around town.
Golf carts are especially suggested for guests who prefer to avoid the heat or have mobility concerns.

A really clean and attractive space! The outdoor pool area was awesome and we really enjoyed it. The only detractor for us (as we do a lot of movie viewing as a family) was no TV in the living areas. The wonderful kitchen had everything we needed for the occasional home meal. It is a walkable location though in the heat of the day, we would uber up the hill (ubers are extremely affordable and readily available). I would recommend checking what's already in the property before purchasing (we added to the laundry detergent collection!) There are 2 supermarkets nearby for purchases. It was a pleasure communicating with Alyssa and a very nice stay!

Alyssa’s place was gorgeous and in the perfect location. Her recommendations were spot on from airport pickup to golf cart rental to the restaurants we ate at. She was extremely responsive and helpful. Unfortunately there was an unexpected minor issue with the pool filter. Alyssa immediately got all 6 of us passes to a gorgeous beach club and even a round of drinks which ended up being our favorite day. Highly recommend this place and these amazing hosts.

Our stay at Alyssa’s air bnb was amazing! It was clean and bright. So beautifully designed. Alyssa was super responsive and helpful with everything! Would highly recommend staying there.

This was our second place in Tamarindo and was absolutely amazing. One of the best hosts I’ve ever had! Super accommodating , responsive and welcoming. The house itself is well equipped, maintained as well as spacious. Fabulous outdoor space and pool! Comfortable beds and furniture! I can’t say enough good things about this place and host!!! ❤️

My family had a wonderful stay at Casa Artistica! The home was lovely, and the listing photos were accurate. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to make several meals. Having plentiful trash bags, dish and laundry soap was a nice extra. The home is walkable to town, although part of the trek is over dirt/gravel roads so we were glad we rented a golf cart. Beds were comfy with plenty of pillows.

Alyssa's place was very cute and comfortable. The backyard was great for relaxing. The house is in a quiet area but within walking distance to town. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.
