Casa Artistica is a stylishly designed private villa in the heart of Tamarindo. Walk to the beach or grocery store in as little as 10 minutes, restaurants, coffee shops, gym, and Tamarindo night market in as few as 5 minutes! 2 living spaces, 4 unique bedrooms, a high end kitchen, and a lovely tropical pool yard, complete with cabana. This home is completely walled in for the ultimate in privacy and security. Designer touches, walls of windows, and every room opens to the pool. Guest access The entire property is walled in and secure. We have parking for several vehicles inside the auto- driveway gate. The house is extremely walkable for all Tamarindo has to offer. For guests that are not traveling about the country, I recommend using our preferred airport shuttle service, and either walking or renting a golf cart during your stay. The closest restaurant is about a 5-6 minute walk from the house. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk, but there are multiple places to stop for refreshments along the way! For active / adventurous guests, walking everywhere in town is easy. For guests concerned about the heat, or with mobility concerns, golf carts are highly recommended! Every room opens up to the pool, enhanced by walls of windows and designer touches throughout.

The property is fully enclosed by walls, providing maximum privacy and security. Inside the gated driveway, there is parking available for several vehicles.

## Location

The villa is conveniently situated within walking distance to many local attractions:

- The beach is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk away.
- Grocery stores can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
- Restaurants, coffee shops, the gym, and the Tamarindo night market are all within a 5 to 6-minute walk.

Along the route to the beach, there are multiple spots to stop for refreshments.

## Guest Access and Transportation

Guests have exclusive access to the entire secure property. The house’s central location makes it very walkable to explore all that Tamarindo offers.

For those not planning to travel extensively around the country, it is recommended to use the preferred airport shuttle service. During the stay, walking or renting a golf cart are convenient options for getting around town.

Golf carts are especially suggested for guests who prefer to avoid the heat or have mobility concerns.
