This property is situated on a spacious 800-square-meter lot, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature. Wake up to the sounds of howler monkeys and toucans, with the nearest beach and store just 1.5 kilometers away.

• A headlamp is advisable due to limited lighting at night

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the main house and the surrounding yard.

Important Notes

Please keep in mind that this is a tropical location in Costa Rica, surrounded by nature. Occasional insects may enter the home despite monthly natural insecticide treatments and thorough sealing. A hand vacuum is available for removing any unwanted visitors, though often an open door and broom suffice.

To protect the septic system, please dispose of all bathroom products, including toilet paper, in the trash cans provided. Trash bins are located at the top of the block and outside the home for your convenience. Guests are encouraged to take any food waste or items that might attract wildlife to these bins.

For ventilation, the bathroom window remains open. Please ensure the bathroom door is closed when the air conditioning is running.
