The fully equipped kitchen on the lower level includes an ocean-view breakfast table and bar. The formal dining and living areas come with a smart TV, along with games, puzzles, and books for entertainment. Consistent with typical Costa Rican homes, air conditioning is provided only in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans and numerous screened windows and doors throughout the house allow fresh air to circulate.
Additional indoor amenities include a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler are available for guest use.
Outside, the property features a tropical garden with a private pool and an outdoor grilling area. The porch includes a dining table and bar. After visiting the beach, guests can rinse off in the outdoor garden shower. Two covered parking spaces are reserved exclusively for this home.

The house is located in the secure and private Phase 5 community in Ojochal. It is just 10 minutes from the town center and only 15 minutes from the beach. A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for comfort and safety, especially during the rainy season.

Great Villa! Everything looks just like the photos. We loved and enjoyed the beautiful pool. I recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle to have an easy access to the roads!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Ojochal ! La maison est magnifique, exactement comme décrite, et très propre. Elle offre toutes les commodités annoncées, ce qui a rendu notre séjour extrêmement confortable. Les instructions pour s’y rendre sont claires et essentielles — tout s’est déroulé sans difficulté. La piscine est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée d’exploration, et l’environnement est calme et agréable. Pour les courses, plusieurs options sont disponibles : deux petites épiceries à environ 10 minutes à Ojochal, et de plus grandes à Uvita, à 15–20 minutes de route. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison

WOW! What a dream come true to stay at this amazing airbnb! My expectations were high, but arriving to the airbnb surpassed those expectations! I will say the drive up to the airbnb was a bit more tricky to get to on our first try but it made it that much more adventurous and thrilling! If you are looking for an incredible stay for the true paradise in a gorgeous private villa in Costa Rica, don’t hesitate! I traveled with my family of 5 for the first time ever to CR and it was such an experience we will never forget! Thank you again Annie & Jens!!

We had a wonderful time. It's definitely true. You need a 4 x4, but it takes about 7 minutes on dirt road to get to the property. But it is, it is absolutely beautiful tons of space. Great for entertaining the pool, the balconies. You thought you were in the Spanish mansion? Thank you so much.

This place is amazing, beautiful mountains views. Tucans were everywhere pretty much every day in the afternoon and sometimes in the morning. We had a few inconveniences, like wifi was down and ac noise but everything else was spot on.
