I have never left a one-star review, but I feel it is important to warn others. This home is not safe for families. On our first day, two people stopped us on the beach and warned us to be careful in this area. The house next door has been taken over by squatters. A person pretending to be a delivery driver knocked on our door to see if we were home. The security guard just watched loud movies and was not attentive. We had to knock on the “security guard” door loudly a few times just to give him a bottle of tropical tea. The house was filthy with dirty toilets, towels, floors, and more. We tried to clean the towels but the dryer was broken. There was standing water on the roof and bees nests on the balconies so we could not use them. We booked for three nights but left after the first day for safety. The host called me a liar. I did not ask for a refund for this. I just wanted to keep my family safe. I hope this helps others make an informed decision before booking this property.

We had been in contact with the property managers prior to our arrival and were told that early check-in would be possible since we were staying for more than three nights. However, when we arrived, the house was not ready. Fortunately, the cleaning lady happened to be at the property and kindly let us in, but the house was still unprepared and not properly cleaned. The overall condition of the house left a lot to be desired. The jacuzzi was in poor shape, with loose tiles, and in need of repairs. One of the wooden chairs was also damaged, and someone in our group actually cut their foot on it. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly—it was leaking, didn’t stay cold, and the ice machine was broken. At checkout, the cleaner showed up and asked us to leave 30 minutes early because new guests were supposedly arriving, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 a.m. Overall, the house was poorly managed. The only positive was the cleaning lady who did her best to accommodate us

Unbelievable sunset. Whether you’re standing in the kitchen, top floor, balconies or by the poolside. The sunset was unbeatable. The house is located in a gated community within a few seconds of walking distances to the beach, which was always flooded with surfers. My group and I (party of 6) felt completely safe and had so many activities to do since everything was so close by! Our host, Oliver, was super responsive and extremely kind. The only downside was that our vacation went by too quickly. If you want a vacation stay with access to many activities including the beach, great restaurants, and outdoor activities. I highly suggest you stay here. You won’t regret it! Thank you Oliver!
