So usually when I visit back home to Belize I make sure to support the locals and just usually give a 5 star rating for my people . But me and my family booked this property with high expectations, but our stay was extremely disappointing. On the first night, a tree fell on power lines, leaving us without electricity, water, showers, toilets, or AC on an island over 100°F. There was no generator, and the property was clearly unprepared for emergencies. Communication was unacceptable. We never met the concierge in person; all interactions were via text. Our assigned concierge, Gineli Flores, was unhelpful, offered impractical solutions, and even told us she would stop assisting us entirely after I expressed frustration over repeated outages. When help was offered, it was either a smaller, more expensive unit or a delayed refund, neither realistic. A second outage the next morning left us without basic utilities again. This stay was stressful, unsafe, and I cannot recommend this stay

Had a lovely stay here with a beautiful view I was under the impression that it was the top and bottom based on the photos but the place was plenty spacious and had an absolutely stunning view very accommodating and a beautiful place to stay all together!

The house is beautiful, the pool is clean and perfect, the view is absolutely amazing and the dock that walks out to the water is absolutely beautiful!

Very private and safe Neighborhood. It is 30mins driving with Golfcart, a golfcart would be necessary if you plan to be up and down to town, shops and around island.. the House is pretty much as described and in pictures.

El lugar está hermoso y por el precio vale la pena. Un poco alejado del centro de San Pedro pero se resuelve rentando un carrito de golf. Laatimosamente llegamos en temporada de lluvia pero estoy seguro que en verano se disfruta al máximo
