Situated in the heart of Playa Grande, the house offers easy access on foot to three beaches, excellent surfing spots, and beautiful sunsets. Nearby amenities include restaurants, coffee shops, live music venues, a weekly market, a gym, and a tennis court.

The area is rich in wildlife, with crocodiles, birds, monkeys, land crabs, and turtles commonly seen. This makes the property ideal for a surfing or yoga retreat.

Our newly constructed home embraces bioclimatic architecture principles, promoting sustainable living. The living room opens directly to the pool area through sliding doors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.

All bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room are equipped with air conditioning, and the living room also features a Smart TV. The open-plan living space is bright and airy, furnished with modern decor. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare delicious meals.

For your convenience, we provide beach chairs and a sunshade to take to the beach, along with children’s books, toys, and art supplies to enhance your family stay.

A high-quality water filtration system is installed throughout the house, softening the water for hair and skin while filtering out viruses and bacteria.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house, except for the garage, which is reserved for personal storage.

Additional Information

This home is perfectly suited for retreats focused on yoga or surfing. With prior notice, it can be combined with the neighboring four-bedroom house to accommodate larger groups.
