This luxury beachfront home is located just behind the dunes of the beautiful La Machina beach. From the rooftop and terrace, you can enjoy panoramic 360-degree views of the ocean, farmland, and mountains. The sound of the powerful Pacific surf provides a soothing backdrop as you fall asleep.
Between November and April, guests can watch whales breaching offshore. From August to March, observe baby turtles hatching and making their way to the sea.
The house features three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, along with two bathrooms. This floor also includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, and a small office space complete with a desk and printer.
The upper level contains the master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. This floor also has a stunning kitchen, dining room, living room, and a powder room. A 45-foot-long patio offers incredible views, and the rooftop features a charming garden with a shade structure and comfortable seating.
The garden is modest but well-appointed with numerous tropical plants. It also includes a small fire pit and an outdoor patio seating area.
Guests have full access to the entire house and garden.
You may open the heavy sliding gate to park inside the property or choose to park on the street. The gate is secured with a padlock; if you wish to use the interior parking space, please inform us in advance so we can remove the chain and padlock.
Please remember to keep your vehicle locked and avoid leaving valuables inside. We also ask that you lock the house when it is not in use.
