Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and pool area.
Important Notes
- The stove used by chefs differs from a standard model; gas remains off until needed. A demonstration will be provided upon arrival.
- Daily cleaning of the pool and surrounding areas typically occurs around 9 a.m., requiring access to the side and backyard. Please inform us if you prefer to opt out of cleaning during your stay.
- The villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests but can host up to 16. Sleeping arrangements for 16 include:
- 2 guests on a pull-out sofa
- 2 guests on an air mattress
- 1 guest on the downstairs couch
- A security deposit of $1,750 USD (fully refundable) or a non-refundable $69 fee is required outside of Airbnb for damage protection. This will be noted at checkout on Airbnb below the total amount.

This property was beautiful. The hosts took such great care of us. We booked this as a last-minute trip and they were so accommodating and took care of our every need. They had details to share for everything you could ever imagine. The home is located in a private neighborhood that was a small walk from the beach. The cobblestone Rhodes and ruins made it a perfect little escape. Judith and Danny or such gracious hosts, they went out of their way to make sure everything we could've needed was taken care of. They even brought my son's lovey back to him late at night when it accidentally went out with the washing. We would definitely stay here again.

thoroughly enjoyed our stay, christmas trip with 5 adult kids ranging from 25 - 30, so much to see and do and everything we needed was walkable, got lots of exercise 😀 and enjoyed our surroundings immensely.

We stayed here for my bachelorette with 11 people and had an amazing time! Sleeping arrangements were a little tight, but the house itself was gorgeous — even better in person than in the photos. There are plenty of great hangout areas, and the décor and vibe made the whole weekend feel so special. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa La Perla. Beautiful house, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach and restaurants! The neighborhood is very safe and quiet and the communication with Kimberly was great.

Great home and very responsive communication. Very well equipped in the kitchen and clean throughout. Thankful that drinking water was provided. It was noted that there are a lot of windows and not all are covered so be aware of not only the sun, but lights. A chef was recommended to cook at the house, and Coty was fabulous. The beach is very close, but not really the best beach experience. The pool was well maintained. We all appreciated the security and assistance at this neighborhood. I would highly recommend this home.

Villa la Perla is spectacular and gorgeous from every angle! It was the perfect place to celebrate my best friend’s engagement and Daniel and Kimberly were great hosts. They were super responsive and helpful with providing local recommendations. We would come back in a heartbeat.

The location is absolutely perfect. The house is so beautiful. Kimberly and Daniel provided two really great recommendations - Arsene Playa Excursions and Baaxal Private Chef. They were both amazing! Danny was so helpful with questions that came up while we were at the house. Overall, a wonderful stay.
