With unobstructed breathtaking view of the ocean and offering lots of privacy, this house is the perfect vacation destination. Only a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to Playa Maderas. AC units in every room, full kitchen, pool located right next to the house, accessible parking. Powerful solar system makes the house immune to power outages, and a new water filtration system. The space This is entire house with 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bathrooms, full kitchen, washer area and pool located right next to the house. Guest access Entire property. Other things to note This house is located on top of the hill, with a steep drive up. Make sure if you have a rental car that it has a bigger clearance as most roads in this are require it, because they are not paved. During raining season 4x4 or AWD vehicles recommend for peace of mind.

el alojamiento es muy lindo. con una vista increíble. si es muy recomendable un vehículo AWD o 4x4, hay 1km aproximadamente que es una subida bastante pronunciada, con ciertas partes con mucha piedra suelta. nosotros fuimos en un automóvil tracción delantera y cada subida y bajada se maltrataba un poco. entonces solo bajábamos y subíamos a la propiedad 1 vez al día. por lo demás, un lugar espectacular.

Me encantó el lugar, la vista, las personas encargas súper amables, las calles son nuevas por lo que si tienen que tener cuidado en encontrar la correcta. Y si debe de ser un carro alto para subir a la villa por que el camino esta muy malo de piedra. Pero de ahí todo excelente. Esperamos volver pronto.

The house was excellent, especially the expansive unobstructed ocean view. Steep stairway to the entrance, make sure to use the railing.

Marius se mostró muy amable para atender consultas, el lugar coincide en su totalidad con la descripción, contamos con las comodidades necesarias como para sentirnos en casa. El lugar se encuentra en una zona tranquila con una increíble vista hacia las playas, junto a mi familia disfrutamos bastante del alojamiento, sin duda no dudaríamos en regresar!

My buddy and I absolutely loved the place we stayed at. It was really quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Marius was incredibly kind and helpful. I’m certain that the next time I visit, I’ll choose to stay here again.

I come to Nicaragua frequently. This was my first stay at Marius’s home. The property and the views were amazing. Nicaragua has it’s own style and feel and this is where you can really experience it. The price is totally worth it. Also on my second night I had a diabetic issue and Marius’s caretaker called him and they arranged medical help for me. My stay was already beautiful. But now I have more friends down here. If you want to experience pura vida just come here.

A tropical storm battered the area during our stay, and as a result, we experienced a litany of issues. Rain leaked through the windows and doors resulting in standing water in the upstairs bedrooms for the majority of our stay. The house was not equipped with enough towels to clean up the mess and it took days for someone to come and give us access to extra linens. The water pump broke and we were without running water for a day. we ran out of propane halfway through cooking a meal and found an empty backup tank. Additionally, the access road is very steep and became deeply rutted in the rain, making driving stressful and impossible in a non 4x4. Other than the towel issue, Marius and the maintenance crew were generally helpful. I acknowledge that it's difficult to separate the challenges we faced from the unusual weather incident. However, much of this was preventable. My advice would be to check the forecast before travel as the property is not equipped to handle steady rain.

Excellent home with unbelievable views of Playa Maderas. WiFi and AC both worked great. Would love to stay here again.
