Nirvana Villas are situated within a gated community in central Tamarindo Beach, featuring 24/7 security. Positioned on a quiet side street, the villa is conveniently close to essential amenities:
- 1-minute walk to the pharmacy, bank, supermarket, and restaurants
- Approximately 7 minutes on foot to the beach
Villa Layout and Bedroom Details
The villa accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms:
- Master Suite: King bed, safe, walk-in closet, private bathroom
- Mini Master: Queen bed, large closet, private bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the garden
- Third Bedroom: King bed, spacious closet, large floating window facing a private garden; bathroom located in the hallway

Guest Access

A team member will greet you at your scheduled arrival time, escort you to the villa, and provide all necessary information for your stay. If you arrive before 3:00 pm and the villa is not yet ready, luggage storage is available until check-in.

- Additional vehicle parking is available on the street near the entrance
- There is also a designated spot for parking and charging a golf cart

Other Information
Cleaning Service
A cleaning team visits the villa each morning to remove trash, tidy rooms and the kitchen as needed, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Additional cleaning or special requests can be arranged upon request, which may incur extra charges.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nirvana Villas. The space is beautiful, with a lovely walk out from the master to the pool. The location is a very short walking distance to great restaurants and shops, but located on a more private road so there is no noise during day or night. The Nirvana Villas team is super communicative (via text) and helped coordinate massages, horseback riding, and an estuary boat tour. If we are ever back in Tamarindo we will certainly have Nirvana Villas high on the list of places to stay.

Family of 4 with two teenagers: This house was perfect for our family. It is designed perfectly and the hosts were amazing. No need to rent a car or a golf cart as you step right into town when you leave the property. Highly recommend!

The villa was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, and we really enjoyed the space itself. The location is perfect if you want to walk everywhere, including the artisan market on Saturdays which was a really nice time. It is steps away from the Villas. The only thing that wasn't clear from the photos is that there are five villas in the complex, so it isn't as private as we expected. The gate is open-access, and anyone can walk into the yard. Housekeeping also comes daily, which is a nice perk, but it can feel a little intrusive if you're hoping to spend uninterrupted time relaxing at the villa. I'm assuming you can turn down the housekeeping service as well. If you're staying in Villa #5, keep in mind it's closest to the entrance, so you may hear music from nearby bars late into the night. Overall, we had a great stay, but those are a few things worth knowing before you book.

What a spotless place! The check-in process was smooth, with a clear walkthrough of the house. Everything is well thought out, and it has a modern, spa-like feel throughout. One thing to note: the location is close to bars and restaurants, so you can hear music until late at night — worth keeping in mind if you're a light sleeper. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a fantastic experience. The Villa is beautiful. I’m not certain there is a better location. Very walkable, lots of great restaurants, markets, shopping, beaches, activities, and bars.

This property is nothing short of perfection! Contemporary architecture is a joy and the property is incredibly comfortable, private and we really enjoyed its close walking proximity to all the great joys of Tamarindo and the wonderful beach! The property management team is incredibly responsive and they clearly care deeply about the experience of thier guests. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay. The property was in an excellent location—quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described.
