House Rules
- Be considerate of neighbors
- No smoking inside the property and no littering from the balcony
- No parties or disturbances allowed; keep noise to a minimum between 11 PM and 9 AM
- No additional guests beyond the registered occupants
- Turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving the property
- Park only in the assigned parking spot (#3306); do not block neighbors’ spots
- Community speed limit is 15 km/h
- No pets allowed
- Glass containers are prohibited in the pool and common areas
- Loud music is not permitted in common areas
- Dispose of garbage in designated chutes; no littering from balconies or leaving trash in common areas
- Children under 10 must be supervised by an adult in the pool and clubhouse areas
- Use of drones is strictly forbidden
Violations of these rules may result in fines up to $500 USD.

Awesome location—very close proximity to a bunch of great restaurants. The two pools on site were wonderful and the grounds overall were well maintained. We felt very safe and had a great time.

What a great stay this was! The amenities and the services offered by the host were great. Most importantly, the location is close to all the main attractions. I would highly recommend!

Muy buena ubicación y excelente vista al arco de San Lucas. La casa estaba en buenas condiciones aunque después del check in el anfitrión no respondió a nuestra solicitud ni se volvió a poner en contacto con nosotros.

Had a great stay here. This was our second time staying at the Vista Vela complex so we had a good idea of what to expect. We rent a car when we stay in this area and appreciate that it’s calmer than staying in downtown. Host was very responsive when we had an issue with the water. Views were beautiful!

I really liked this bnb, walking distance from a 24 hour supermarket, and also a Costco next to it. During my trip I booked most of my excursions through Osvaldo ( Turismo Los Cabos )

The place is AMAZING! The view is SPECTACULAR!! You can see Cabo’s arch from the living room. It’s close to walk to Soriana, and Costco is next door. The apartment is clean, and very nicely decorated. Just like the pictures. We loved it!! The pools give you a beautiful view to the arch as well. Definitely recommend and worth every penny!
