The Space

Welcome to Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 1, a private villa offering partial ocean views with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. This contemporary and bright home spans 3,300 square feet across three levels.

The first floor features an open-concept layout including the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and a half bathroom. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The third floor houses the fourth bedroom, which opens onto a balcony with partial ocean views.

The villa is tastefully decorated with custom furnishings and local artwork. Much of the woodwork is handcrafted by a local artisan. Expansive glass windows on all three floors provide stunning views of the private pool, ocean, and lush tropical gardens.

There are two spacious master suites:

• The third-floor master suite includes a king-size bed, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a spacious shower, and a modern freestanding tub. This suite also has a terrace with partial ocean views, perfect for watching sunsets, enjoying quiet evenings under the stars, or relaxing with a book and a cup of Costa Rican coffee while listening to nearby birds and howler monkeys.

• The second-floor master suite features a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A smaller terrace with a bistro table overlooks the pool and tropical greenery, offering a peaceful spot to unwind.

The other two bedrooms on the second floor include:

• A bedroom with a king-size bed, pull-out sofa, spacious closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain showerhead.

• A bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a rain showerhead.

The fully equipped, spacious kitchen allows you to prepare meals or frozen drinks while enjoying views of birds and butterflies through floor-to-ceiling windows in the dining and garden area.

The living room offers ample seating with a large sectional, an additional sofa, a bench, an oversized swivel chair, and a 55-inch LCD Smart TV. The dining area seats six, with an adjacent bar accommodating four more guests. Outdoor dining is available at a six-seat table by the pool.

Casa Puesta del Sol Villa 1 is located in beautiful Playa Langosta, just a three-minute walk from the grocery store, several excellent local restaurants, and the pristine Playa Langosta beach, which holds a “Blue Flag” certification for water and beach quality.

Tamarindo is approximately one mile away and can be reached by car, taxi, or a short walk along the beach.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including the garage, backyard, and pool area. Enjoy grilling on the BBQ while relaxing poolside, soaking up the sun on chaise lounges, or cooling off with a swim.

The nearby grocery store, neighborhood eateries, and Playa Langosta beach are all within easy walking distance.
