The service was excellent, and they really made our experience even better. Without a doubt, if my friends and I return to Santa Teresa, we would stay here again! Highly recommended. 💕

Excellent location and beautiful house, unfriendly host and little information

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience. The property was not clean upon arrival, the beds had hair and dirt on them, and overall the entire house felt dirty and poorly maintained. The outdoor shower didn’t work because, according to the host, it was “too expensive” to have it running, which was disappointing since it’s advertised as an amenity. The pool water level was extremely low, and there was trash and dirt around the pool area, making it look neglected. Water pressure throughout the house was a major issue. The showers had extremely poor water pressure, and the sinks were even worse, making it difficult to do basic things like wash your hands or brush your teeth. Overall, the property is in serious need of maintenance and a thorough deep cleaning.

Everything was good. A few kitchen appliances were missing, but everything else was fine.

Accommodation that could be much better. Very basic in terms of amenities, no bottle opener, very limited in the kitchen, two defective air conditioners. I needed to rest, and during our 2 full days there, there was a cleaning lady from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and air conditioner repairmen from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days... In addition, there is construction on the other side of the fence. On the other hand, the owner (I think he was) was very quick to respond to us. Our trip was still a flop 😔

Très basic en équipements, pas d’ouvre bouteille, très limité en cuisine , deux air climatisées défectueuses , j’avais besoin de me reposer et sur nos 2 jours complet là-bas , il y a eu une femme de ménage de 11h à 13h et des réparateurs d’air climatisés de 13h à 16h les deux jours …. De plus de la construction l’autre côté de la clôture . Par contre le propriétaire ( je crois qu’il l’était ) était très rapide à nous répondre . Notre voyage quand même un flop 😔

Very good place. It's exactly as shown, and for stays with large groups of people, it's great because it's like 2 houses in 1. Very central, shops nearby, restaurants nearby, beach nearby. Very friendly host; he let us leave a little later. Great response time, always. No hassle.

Me, my boyfriend, and three of our friends stayed here and absolutely loved it. The private bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group because everyone had their own space and privacy. We especially loved how the home was set up around the pool, which made it the perfect spot to relax and hang out on hot days. The location was also fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was listed as “brand new,” but it was not as described upon arrival. Within the first 10 minutes, we documented several material issues that impacted both safety and habitability:     •    Broken lockbox for the gate key/main security door (access/security issue)     •    Loose stair tiles creating a fall hazard     •    Front door lock coming out of the door (security concern)     •    Pool water level significantly low     •    Overall cleanliness issues, including visible stains, dirt in corners and very dirty bedroom mats     •    Strong odor consistent with sewer gas masked by air freshener Due to these conditions, we did not feel the property met basic safety and cleanliness standards and were unable to stay. Was bad experience nothing was working leaking from air-conditioning sewer Stock water come out from the sewer water running everywhere. We need taking a shower mold on the tile noise from the door you cannot close or open the door. No parking people block your car you cannot move or do anything horrible horrible house not worth any money. That was a wasting money big mistake not recommend at all.

There were six of us staying at this property, and we had a really great time. We stayed here for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The location is great and everything was easily accessible. We definitely recommend this place!

the place was great for a few families. We were 2 families so we each had our own separate areas and bathrooms which was nice. There was nice table outside and in living area for us to eat and hangout. The pool was nice. The location is Great. Just a few blocks from the beach and main road of stores and restaurants and grocery stores. So nice to hear the howler monkeys in the mornings.

Aviv and the crew at the villa were amazing. The villa is beautiful and easily walkable to the main road with a supermarket right on the corner as well as a bar. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. Lots of restaurant options nearby too. We were two families traveling together with small children so having two living spaces, kitchens, and bedrooms spaces for each family was really handy. The pool is gorgeous and we were in it the whole time! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed this part of Costa Rica and your home.

The place is very nice and functional, although the access steps are steep and slippery; it lacks some maintenance since the photos look slightly different, but in general terms it's good. I think the place works very well if you rent all 4 bedrooms with their bathroom. There is no TV, and only one space has a microwave Two rooms are mini apartments with a kitchen and the other two are just a bedroom and bathroom. I thought the beds were good

El lugar es muy bonito y funcional, aunque las gradas de acceso son empinadas y resbalosas; le falta algo de mantenimiento ya q las fotos se ven ligeramente diferentes, pero en términos generales bien. Creo que el lugar funciona muy bien si se alquila completo 4 habitaciones con su baño. This place was great for two families! Easy to walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Very close to Santa Teresa beach which was beautiful and perfect for families. The rooms were comfortable and clean and there was even cleaning during our stay which was a pleasant surprise!

I think some of the previous reviews were a bit harsh, this place delivers a good experience overall. I stayed my my family  including kids, and we had a great time. it's not perfect by any means, but good enough to make your stay enjoyable. I would stay here again considering the cost vs value.

The location is very good, close to everything, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The amenities in general are satisfactory, which means the place has potential. However, there are several points to improve: there was a lack of maintenance in some areas with high humidity, the water pressure in the showers is very low, some kitchen items were dirty and the general cleanliness was not the best. Security is also limited, as the entrance was very easy to open. The parking lot was not demarcated, which allowed outsiders to park. The pool needs an additional tier, as the existing one is very high and not very accessible. In addition, there was no suitable space to hang wet clothes, something essential in a place with a pool, and one of the kitchens did not have a microwave. Overall, it is a place with a good location and large spaces, but it requires improvements in maintenance, cleaning, security and equipment to provide a better experience.

Aviv was a great host.. However zero hot water in kitchen. And Luke warm to no hot water in showers. We have children and had no way to wash or disinfect the dishes being used..I’m not sure how the cleaner for the unit achieved this either. So essentially all the dishes in the property get cleaned with cold water. The property is falling apart.. needs major maintenance.. if it rains outside..it’s raining inside also. I’m not going list everything because it’s a very long list of things that need replaced or fixed.. the photos of the property make it look fantastic but the true state of this place look very different.. beware

Private, beautiful, a few steps from the sea.

The house was so beautiful, definitely had a lovely villa feel. Having a bathroom in each room and not having to share was so nice. The pool area was a mini paradise- we saw iguanas, hummingbirds, monkeys, squirrels, and all types of birds. Some of the reviews say there was no AC- we had great AC! The house was cleaned each day and the beds were given fresh sheets. The house is right in Santa Teresa by an outlet to the beach and surf break, shops and restaurants. We easily took day trips to Montezuma (highly recommend!), our snorkel tour and a nature park. Very important to note! If you put the address into google maps it may indicate that part of the road is closed and it will take you on a crazy detour- it is not closed! Don’t take the detour!

The villa was very spacious and clean, we enjoyed the services of the villa. And it's very large and with a modern and beautiful design. Yossi was available to us for any problem and welcomed us with fruit. We'll go back to her

Well located within walking distance to all services, restaurants. The cleaning lady comes every 2 days, which is good. The host responds quickly to questions and is friendly.

First, don't trust the host's photo because it's a young girl in the photo so be aware that it's not the same person. The accommodation is well located near the beach but it lacks maintenance. Strong sewer smell throughout our stay. Freshly redone painting with tape still around the light fixtures in the room. Huge cracks everywhere, especially in one of the accommodations we had to take a table to fill the hole and prevent insects from entering at night. Children crying in the evening and in the morning. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working well. Swimming pool with very cloudy water… The last evening there was a thunderstorm and water was dripping from the ceiling into the kitchen. We also ran out of water so it was impossible to take a shower after a day at the beach. The only positive point of this accommodation is the location and the cleaning service but otherwise it is a flashy accommodation that is not worth the price.

Premièrement, il ne faut pas se fier à la photo de l’hôte car c’est une jeune fille sur la photo donc soyez avisé que ce n’est pas la même personne. Le logement est bien situé près de la plage mais il manque grandement d’entretien. Forte odeur d’égout tout au long de notre séjour. Peinture fraîchement refaite avec encore le tape autour des luminaires dans la chambre. Énormes craques partout, surtout dans l’un des logement nous avons dû prendre une table pour combler le trou et empêcher les insectes de rentrer la nuit. Cris d’enfants le soir et le matin. L’air climatisé dans l’une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas bien. Piscine avec eau très brouillée… La dernière soirée il y avait un orage et l’eau coulait du plafond dans la cuisine. Nous avons également manqué d’eau donc impossible de prendre notre douche après une journée à la plage. Le seul point positif de ce logement est l’emplacement et le service de ménage mais sinon il s’agit d’un logement tape à l’œil qui ne vaut pas le prix.

We welcome guests with fruit and provide cleaning service every day. It's a shame that bad customers who also damage the house come and ruin the hard work of others. The place is just as advertised in the photos, very good location and the cleaning service is very good. Very central and with access to all public services. As a recommendation, do more maintenance on the house. We found burned-out lights in the pool, bedrooms and terrace.

This is a beautiful setting with a private pool area and seating to enjoy the patio. Each bedroom has a bathroom which is perfect. To find the place, you need the owner to guide you because it’s down a narrow dirt road. The outfitting of the unit is basic. Not a lot of kitchen supplies  if you plan to eat in.

We had a wonderful stay. Knowing we had traveled overnight, Aviv’s father greeted us with fresh fruit and iced tea and brought us fruit again in the morning. He went out of his way to help us settle in. The location is great - close to the beach and main Street, while being quiet and secluded. Highly recommended!

Very good location close to the beach and a very nice place, it was the same as the photos. We were greeted with fruit and fresh and the host was very friendly. Cleaning every day was a super extra. The only thing we didn't like were the bathrooms, there was no hot water and the water came out everywhere in the shower, the bathroom sounded weird and the chain didn't go down well, they should fix it. But if you are not interested in the bathroom, if I recommend the place. Personally, I would not come back because for us the bathroom is something important. Everything else is great!!!

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa y un lugar muy bonito, fue igual a las fotos. Nos recibieron con frutas y fresco y el host muy amable. La limpieza todos los días fue un súper extra. Lo único que no nos gustó fueron los baños, no había agua caliente y el agua salía para todos lados en la ducha, el baño sonaba raro y la cadena no bajaba bien, deberían arreglarlo. Pero si a usted no le interesa tanto el baño, si le recomiendo el lugar. En lo personal no volvería porque para nosotros el baño si es algo importante. De resto todo super bien!!!

Great location. ST is amazing. Host is amazing. House had some growing pains- we lost water x2, once Aviv’s team came and fixed it very quickly. Surf lessons w Mauricio were amazing. Town is dope great restaurants, most walking. If you haven’t been before, ST is very boho, very up and coming - dirt roads, potholes etc. it’s part of the charm. Go get it

Aviv was an excellent host He attended all our questions in the best way and helped us with all our concerns and needs! We were greeted with two fresh fruit bowls! Which is very nice detail! The house has a very beautiful common area and the kitchens of both houses very comfortable and equipped! Each bedroom boasts its private full bathroom, A/C and a king size bed! Unbeatable location, in the heart of Santa Teresa We rent 5 quadracycles and visit the beaches, in addition to Cabuya and the Montezuma waterfall A spectacular place and we will definitely be back!

Great place, looked even better than the pictures. Is right in the center of Santa Teresa so there is no need to take the car out you can go walking everywhere! Aviv was really responsive and helped us out with all the questions that we had. The pool was the highlight of the Airbnb, really refreshing, clean and aesthetic!

It is a beautiful and super comfortable house for groups of 8 to have the entire property for the group. The house is decorated super cute and the pool is spectacular.  It is very close to the center of Sant Teresa and you can enter with a car other than 4x4. The host was super friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out. Very disappointed with our stay. There was mold in several rooms, with a very unpleasant smell. Fresh paint appeared to be used to hide these issues. In addition, there were cracks in the floor through which the outside floor could be seen. The toilet was not clean upon arrival. We had to request a refund, which is very unusual for us. We don't recommend this place.

Très déçu de notre séjour. Il y avait de la moisissure dans plusieurs pièces, avec une odeur très désagréable. La peinture fraîche semblait être utilisée pour cacher ces problèmes. De plus, il y avait des fissures dans le plancher à travers lesquelles on pouvait voir le sol extérieur. Les toilettes n'étaient pas propres à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû demander un remboursement, ce qui est très inhabituel pour nous. Nous ne recommandons pas cet endroit.

The guests did not stay in the apartment. You can see in the reviews of the guests who came after these guests that they had a great time at home and loved it very much. These guests made a mess. They found a house at a low price and moved into it. You should get your money back. They wrote that the house smells like your paint.

The location of the airbnb was excellent, very central and just a short walk to the beach which was a highlight, however the overall experience was disappointing. The property needs maintenance, two of the four toilets were leaking, and the construction quality seemed very poor. The most troubling issue for me and my friends was that the person we assume to be the manager came in unannounced and entered all the way to the living room. This felt very intrusive and a lack of respect for our privacy.

This stay has been one of my favorites in Santa Tere. Aviv greeted us in person even when we arrived very late at night. Thank you so much for your attention Aviv

Everything was perfect! Aviv was a great host, great communication and good recommendations during our stay. Definitely  recommend this place.

The house meets all the comforts to have a nice family vacation. It has a very good location, just consider that for entry you have to go down several steps. A 100 for Aviv as a host, very friendly and sweet.

Great location and very comfortable for families. It had 2 kitchens in case you have a large group. Walkable to the beach. Aviv was a great host, very helpful and friendly.

Aviv is a wonderful host and she is always available for advise on what to do on Sta Teresa. Place is gorgeous and clean, everything was beyond expected, stay here if you can!!

Great location. The house is probably good for 2 couples but definitely not a family. Each room has keys that are annoying. Bad design. The pool is nice but the ledges are brutally sharp. The water pressure is wild too. The coffee makers are gross and need to be replaced. The beds were really good and the sheets were great. And again, the location was great.

The host was very friendly and attentive, the place is the same as the photos, and is very close to the beach and local shops.

This is my second review of Casa Primavera because we added 2 more nights since we loved staying there so much! Highly recommend booking here with friends and family! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and a grocery store! Aviv is an amazing host that responds quickly and is always willing to help! I loved the huge private pool, which is very important to have in the Costa Rican heat!

Casa Primavera was such an incredible place to stay! We originally booked for 5 nights but loved it so much we added 2 more nights! Having our own clean private pool was my favorite part! We had 4 great sized rooms with AC and 2 full kitchens! The location was perfect, right next to restaurants, shopping and a grocery store! Aviv was an amazing host and would always respond right away! She was helpful with everything we asked! I would highly recommend Casa Primavera if you want to enjoy Santa Teresa with friends and family!

Absolutely stunning home. There are 2 kitchens with bedrooms off of each, and 2 more separate bedrooms. Perfect for a group trip because everyone has privacy. The pool was perfect, the location is quiet (off the main street) and the host is kind and responsive. AC worked great. Water pressure is a little low but that’s normal for the town. Daily cleaning was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Very nice place! Aviv was very nice and very responsive, however the other host did not make us feel at home when we were checking out. We felt like we were being rushed to leave the place even though we still had time to spare.

This place is amazing. Perfect location. Better than pictures. Aviv is the best. Very responsive and made life very easy. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!!!

Loved that the folks in our party each had their own entrance, locking door, bedroom and bathroom. The rooms all smelled like eucalyptus. The outdoor area was beautiful and there were lots of iguanas in the trees. Several good restaurants are a walk away. Our main issues are that several of the items from the other reviews did not seem to be resolved prior to our stay but Aviv has said that she will fix these. We also did not receive our instructions for check in until after the check in time and outside of Airbnb (which didn’t work for me so then we had to communicate through a friends phone). This was ok since we arrived later but if you want to check in on time I recommend reaching out a few days earlier if you haven’t heard from her.

Aviv was a great host. The property was exactly as described, and as the pictures showed. Very walkable to restaurants, local shopping, a grocery store, and the beach. Very satisfied and will stay here again if I return to the area.

Aviv is a great host... and the place is great. It has a clean design and feels spacious (there were 3 of us). The pool is very nice as well. The home is far enough off the main street that you feel like you have some nice quiet and chirping of birds without the hustle and bustle of ST. There were a few issues with the house due to heavy rains and out of Aviv's control and she was very responsive to ensure we were taken care of. You have everything you need at the house if you are looking for a stripped down nature experience. We enjoyed cooking and chilling. Very happy here.

Aviv’s place was a good stay. I traveled with a group of 8 people and it was very accommodating. Every pair had their own bed, bathroom and there were two seperate living spaces and kitchens which was nice. The location is incredible - private parking, amazing food close by and pretty secluded. The only occasional noise was from construction in the morning. There were a couple of issues we encountered, Aviv did as much as she could to support which was appreciated. I’d recommend this stay if traveling with a big group and want to be close to everything Santa Teresa has to offer!

Aviv’s place was awesome! Super convenient location. We had a few issues with water pressure throughout the trip but nothing else major. She was a great communicator and helped plan a lot of our trip from transportation to excursions. I would definitely stay at a place hosted by her again!

Aviv was very welcoming and responsive. She sent help immediately whenever there was an inconvenience such as our group leaving he keys inside the bedroom and getting locked out. We truly enjoyed our stay, Ana also came to clean every morning and we always found our rooms spotless when we came back from exploring Santa Teresa. Overall would definitely recommend the lovely place and amazing hosts!

Unfortunately the house presented a series of problems during the stay, on the second day of our stay the house ran out of hot water on 2 occasions and they had to come to repair it, then we had a very rainy afternoon and the entire kitchen and living room flooded due to leaks in the roof. That same day all the air conditioners in the house stopped working and could not be repaired during the day, we had to wait until the next day for them to correct the problem, with the inconvenience of having strange people in our rooms. If I should mention that Aviv was always attentive to remedy the problems in the shortest time.
