The Space
Welcome to Playa Penthouse, where our attentive staff awaits your arrival. Upon check-in, you will be greeted with a fridge pre-stocked with beers, soft drinks, and bottled water. If you wish, we can arrange for breakfast to be prepared in-house or handle grocery shopping on your behalf.
Picture yourself enjoying a latte and a plate of sweet mango while breathing in the fresh sea air and admiring the ocean and pool views from the indoor-outdoor living room and the jacuzzi room.
This spacious penthouse accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably. It offers over 7,000 square feet of versatile living space, including six master suites with seven bathrooms to ensure privacy and comfort. Each bedroom is a large master suite featuring a private bathroom and a generous balcony overlooking the ocean, pool, and cityscape.
There are two living rooms designed with indoor-outdoor flow. One highlight is the jacuzzi living room—a perfect spot for your group or family to gather at any time. Open the sliding glass doors to relax in your private jacuzzi with a glass of champagne, watch the flat-screen TV, and take in the expansive sea views.
For cooking enthusiasts, the penthouse includes two Weber barbecues.

Great place in perfect proximity to 5th ave in playa del Carmen. Good security. Nice u no it that was comfortable for our group. Nice balconies and a secret rooftop deck. We’d stay here again.

Muy cómodo y muy bonito todo, tenía todas las comodidades y necesidades, es la primera vez incluso que me proporcionaban jabón, pasta de dientes, crema, gel, y esos detalles hacen la diferencia. El lugar súper espacioso, cómodo, y los alrededores también, todo tenía cerca para estar a gusto.

Excellent place for large groups, walkable to restaurants, shopping & beach! Our extended family group of 14 (8 adults, 6 kids) enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is huge- there is plenty of space for everyone and the location is convenient to walk to restaurants, shopping, and beach clubs (no rental car needed). If traveling with children, recommend for preschool age or older. Stephanie & Cruz were very helpful. The condo has gorgeous views of the ocean and pool area. Loved the pool area and all of the amenities in the condo. Would highly recommend.

This listing is located in a great spot. Just a short walk to 5th Ave and lots to do. We did have a few issues. We struggled with wifi . At one point they came and replaced the routers but if we needed to work (which we did) we found we had to go to coffee shops. The host was quick to respond and try and be helpful but alway fell back to weather and sometimes that's how it is in Mexico. The interesting thing is the coffee shops always worked, the Penthouse was very hit or miss....mostly miss. The pictures online make the space look great. I think they are older pictures as what is online doesn't accurately reflect the space. Please note every bedroom requires stairs that are narrow and have no hand railing. The pool is a fun free zone. No portable speaker or alcohol allowed. Host is responsive. Cleaners threw away expensive clothes we left in one closet. We hung them there to dry as the w/d may take 5 hours to properly cycle. It's an all in one unit.

The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the place looks even better than the photos! Awesome view of the ocean from the multiple balconies. Every amenity that we needed was available including plenty of kitchenware, stocked bathrooms, towels. They even got food for us ahead of time and stocked the kitchen so we didn’t need to figure out shopping right away. The condo was very safe with locked gates at the entrance and a security guard at all times. Just blocks from the beach and every bar/restaurant, could not think of a better location! Would definitely stay here again!
