A warm welcome to our Secret Garden! Although we are located in the heart of the city, our rooms and apartment are hidden away from the street in a private area surrounded by gorgeous leafy scenery that also makes the climate much more comfortable. Our boutique hotel is one of a kind that you will fell in love for the first sight. A delicious breakfast is also included in the price - you can choose from 3 different types of breakfast: nicaraguan, continental and gourmet. The space If you are someone who likes to enjoy the city center vibes but without the disruption of city noise, you have come to the right place - lush garden filled with exotic plants, blooming flowers and even visiting colibris. Why is it important to you? Because in Granada, the streets can be very loud and hotel rooms are often facing the streets or are close to it. In our Hotel you will feel like you were on a remote farm on the hillside. Not only due to the peace and bird singing, but also the climate that is much cooler here than in other places in town. Therefore, this is the perfect spot to explore the city and afterwards have a rest in the garden in one of the hammocks or sunbeds or cool yourself in our beautiful, big (6x4m) pool. ABOUT THE ROOM Each room and apartment has its own unique style, but they all have one thing in common: they have been refurbished and redecorated recently with elegant but local decor. This room has a very relaxed ambient with wooden floor, a lot of light and view to the green scenery arounr the hotel. It has a queen bed with luxury linen, a safebox AC in and ceiling fan. The room and the bathroom is decorated with paintings and arts of local artists. BERAKFAST If you want to enjoy the best breakfast in Granada during your stay, you are at the right place! Artisanal pastries and bread, home made granola, fresh juices... Having everything home-made or supplied by local small businesses guarantees that you start your days with the most fresh and quality breakfast you can imagine! LOCATION The hotel is located only 3 corners away from the Cathedral of Granada and the main square, on one of the nicest streets of the city, named after Santa Lucía. Parking: you can park in a safe parking nearby, that costs 5$/day. ABOUT THE SPACE - FEATURES, FACILITIES The building block features a panoramic rooftop terrace with amazing views over the surrounding area - the city, the Cathedral and the neighbouring green areas. This is due to the fact that there are no neighboring buildings blocking the view or creating any kind of disturbance. There are 7 rooms and 1 spacious apartmant that is available for the guest (total 22 persons). We will personally welcome you upon arrival and give you useful tips on what to do around the city and we can also help you organize those activities. We will also be looking after you during your stay, should you need any information, help or advice. Amenities: Pool: 1 to 8 feet deep, and 20 feet long, so it’s more than a dipping pool (hotels and houses in Granada often have smaller pools). •Cleaning service is included in the price every day as needed/as requested •Books, board games •We are available 24/7 for guests, and can help with transportation, area recommendations, tours, emergencies, and anything else you might need! •Water supply: cold, purified drinking-water is provided at no charge in the lobby •Cooling: AC, ceiling fans or oscillating floor fans, blackout curtains •Internet: high speed (40Mb/s) wifi •Security & Safety: The hotel is surrounded with a 4-6 m high wall and also an electryic fence is installed (note: the house is in a very safe neighborhood on the best street in Granada, but we have added these things to give first time visitors added peace of mind), security camera system, first aid kit with basic medicine, fire extinguisher •Airport transfer can be organised at a favourable price for our guests: 45$ up to 3-4 guest and 70$ up to 7-8 guests (depending on luggage size). ABOUT US Our family of 7 (5 children & us), from Hungary, Central-Europe, fell in love with the city during a family campervan road trip from the USA to Costa Rica a few years ago. Back then we purchased and refurbished a house – Casa de Arcos – which is now one of the best performing houses to rent in the city on Airbnb. We lived in Casa De Arcos for the first six month following our move to Granada, but when we spotted the property of Hotel Secret Garden – which had been closed for a few years – it just spoke to our hearts. We knew immediately that this is the perfect set up for a hotel, so with a littlebit of renovation we made it a paradise tucked away from the city noise: with no neighbours, and surrounded by exotic leafy plants.
