The house cleaning deposit is charged at the time of booking and refunded through Airbnb if the property meets standard cleaning conditions at checkout.

Place is nice with beachfront. Only 2 bedrooms have A/C, the other 3 have fans which make it very hard to sleep at night. Make sure to leave all belongings inside the house. We had a small issue were we left a hose connected inside of the porch and it got stolen. Unfortunately we had to end up paying $40 for the hose. The cameras apparently were not working and when we asked for the footage we were told nothing could be seen from 11pm-6am. Besides that we had no other issues.

Nuestra estadía en Casa Totsie fue excelente. La casa es completa, muy cómoda y bien equipada; no nos faltó nada durante nuestra estancia. Pudimos disfrutar del mar y compartir momentos muy lindos en familia. Además, el anfitrión y don Julio fueron súper amables y atentos en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Sin duda es un lugar que recomendamos y al que nos encantaría regresar.

Hermosa casa justo frente al mar, con un patio espectacular que permite disfrutar la vista y la brisa en todo momento 🌊. El anfitrión fue muy amable y respetuoso, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. La casa contaba con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda y agradable, la casa con acceso directo a la playa. ¡Un lugar perfecto para descansar! Sin duda volveremos. Lo recomiendo. :)

It’s right on the beach-which is amazing. Being able to wake up early and walk into the ocean at 7 am is incredible. Watching the sunset was amazing. Quite area, a bit far from other tourists but our family liked that. We just wanted ocean. Clean space, but the beds need to be updated. That was the only issue.
