Ascending to the main living level, a teak ramp rises above the sparkling pools. The open yet covered space is surrounded by meticulous teak from floor to vaulted ceiling. This area serves as the central indoor/outdoor lounge and dining space, connecting the main bedrooms, kitchen, and upstairs entertainment areas.
The second-floor living spaces overlook the pools and grounds, seamlessly linking social and private activities. Two bedrooms are accessed from the kitchen side, while the main suite and guest/office bedrooms connect across the central deck. All bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and fully equipped.

For larger groups or special occasions, both properties can be rented together to create a spacious compound accommodating up to 20 guests. The homes are divided by a 10-foot tall wall along their property lines. When combined, staff unlock and open a 30-foot section of this wall, revealing a seamless 30-foot by 30-foot grass lawn connecting the two homes.
Nimbu is located a three-minute walk from the beach, a three-minute drive to Tamarindo, and 40 miles from Liberia International Airport (LIR). The property sits in the quiet and highly sought-after neighborhood of Langosta, adjacent to the 1,100-acre nationally protected Las Baulas National Marine Park.
