This fully air-conditioned unit consists of a large, open living room, two very comfortable bedrooms with king beds with en-suite bathrooms, an open loft with bunk beds (twin on top and queen on the bottom) and en-suite bath, full kitchen and beautiful porch overlooking the property. It is approximately 1,200 sq/ft in size. The space Boheme is a property of newly remodeled, boutique apartments with just 6-units (2 buildings) on the property. Located in the heart of Playa Guiones- the beautiful, surf and yoga haven in Costa Rica- it is the perfect escape to unwind and refocus on what really matters. The property itself is set on a private cul-de-sac and is full of gardens and a delightful pool that makes you feel as if you are in your own, private oasis. It's just a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to 'downtown'- it should be noted that all beachfront property in Playa Guiones is protected rainforest, which adds to the beauty and allure of the area. Guest access There is a shared pool with waterfall feature for the property plus hammocks, tables and other nooks to unwind. Loved Jordan’s place. Was close enough to the beach for the kids to walk down with their surfboards. Loved the pool, beds were comfy and the concierge were amazingly helpful when we needed them. We will definitely be back!

Jordan's place was lovely and we travel a lot. Very spacious. Excellent location within close walk to lots of great food, the beach etc whilst at a quiet cul-de-sac offering a reprieve from any traffic and construction noise. The whole team was very responsive and professional. The rental itself has everything you need and feels very open and fresh which is essential for us. I loved the big windows and Ac was exceptionally good as well as showers with plenty hot water and great pressure. Excellent WIFI. These amenities are hard to find in Costa Rica so well appreciated. I would stay again!

Great location. Walking distance to the beach, local restaurants. Enjoyed the private, quiet property. Very friendly and attentive host - we traveled with two young children so it was nice to have a kitchen. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Amazing location, quick walk to the beach and to restaurants. We stayed with our two young children and they loved swimming in the pool every day (sometimes twice a day). The other guests were all pleasant and friendly. We’ll stay again next time we visit!

The place was great. It was plenty spacious enough for our party of 6. They helped us rent surfboards before we got there and we quick to respond to any of our needs. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and shops in Guiones. We would definitely stay here again. This place is definitely Pura Vida.

We loved Hotel Boheme! It was perfect for our family of 4. First of all, the whole condo was decorated super cute. Second of all, the beds and furnishings were very comfortable. Perhaps most importantly having AC in both the bedrooms and the main room was a huge plus. Of the 3 places we stayed at in Costa Rica, this is the only one that had AC in the living room and it just made cooking and relaxing so much more comfortable. Although there is no hotel staff directly on site (besides security guard) the staff was readily available by text and quickly responded to all our needs. The concierge service helped us set up a viewing of the arribada of turtles, which is not common, and so we very much appreciated that. The kids loved the pool. The unit was walkable to everything we needed but the roads are dusty and it is helpful to have wheels so we ended up renting a car in town. Nosara was also a lot more expensive than we expected so we soon realized what a great deal we got on our unit.
