Luxurious Beach Front Villa Steps From the Ocean

We loved this place! The villa was luxurious, with fine furnishings, a kitchen that makes you actually want to cook, every appliance you can imagine. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. The massage therapist was excellent! It took awhile to master the elaborate lighting controls. They had a special place to dispose of recycling. There were kayaks and bogey boards available and a place to BBQ. THE BEACH WAS THE BEST! Clear water and enough waves to be fun but not scary. The salt-water pool was also amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful and security was vigilant and helpful. Our host, Alonzo, was always helpful and responsive.

The view is absolutely epic! There are a few other spots at The Palms but this location is the most ideal access for all aspects of the property. You have all the water toys and the massage hut right outside your door. The space is exactly as pictured with a well stocked kitchen and new appliances across the board. Both beds were very comfortable and the AC was amazing. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Our stay at The Palms in Playa Flamingo was fantastic. The property is immaculately maintained, and the service was top-notch. Alonso and the concierge team were awesome—greeting us upon arrival and checking in daily to see if we needed anything. We visited during low season, so the gym and pool bar were closed, which was unfortunate, but there are plenty of nearby stores and restaurants for anything you might need. We arranged daily meals through Flamingo Foods, and Chef Lorenzo was incredible—he customized everything to our taste and made sure we were happy. Breakfast every morning and dinners most evenings were a highlight. Great location right on Playa Flamingo with beautiful views and easy access to nearby beaches and restaurants. Sentido Norte, about a 25-minute drive, was an excellent restaurant with amazing views. Overall, a five-star stay—excellent service, great food, and a perfect spot to relax in Guanacaste!

Our family had a great time in Costa Rica! The staff and workers at The Palms resort were extremely friendly and attentive, helping us with excursions and arranging transportation for us. If we have the opportunity to return to Flamingo Beach again, we will definitely stay here.

What a beautiful place!! The condo was everything like or better than the pictures . The location and the views from the deck and patio could not be closer to the ocean . The grounds and pool were very well taken care of . The white sand beach was wonderful to walk on every morning . Such a clean and safe beach . The concierge was very responsive and helped book some excursions and a golf cart for us . The workers also set up chairs with towels under an umbrella everyday. The condo itself was extremely comfortable . The kitchen was well stocked . We made dinner there 3 nights . We did walk to Coco Loco for dinner 2 nights and it is right next to the property . We preferred walking to the other places ( Margaritaville , JPs bar and grill and Hibiscus Bagel and cafe) in the day since the streets are narrow and not well lit. We did not rent a car so rented a golf cart to go to the grocery store and drive to the marina . We had a wonderful and relaxing stay .

This place is amazing and a definite return vacation for us. Alonso who manages the property was so helpful and made the trip a breeze. I recommend getting Flamingo Foods to come prepare some meals so you can enjoy the view, the beach, and excellent food!
