The Space
This well-equipped house offers a comfortable and safe environment, ideal for families. It features a spacious patio with a pool (not heated), a barbecue area, and an outdoor living room. Inside, there are three bedrooms and a Smart TV for entertainment.
The home includes four air conditioners, a washer and dryer, and a garden dining area adjacent to the patio.
Location
The property is situated about 10 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Cabo San Lucas Marina.
Guest Access
The recommended route to the house is through the downtown area. Upon arriving in Cabo San Lucas, turn right and cross the entire downtown until you reach Avenida Miguel Angel Herrera. On this avenue, look for the sign for Vía de Lerry and enter that street until you reach the first security booth. Inform them you are visiting Rainbows. A short distance ahead, you will encounter another security booth; turn right to find a viewpoint. Descend Calle del Mirador, and after approximately three streets, you will arrive at Rainbows.

Due to the high temperatures in Los Cabos, a gardener waters the grass every morning via the hallway to avoid disturbing guests’ privacy. This helps maintain the lawn and plants in good condition.

Guests are requested not to leave the pool jets running for more than six hours to prevent damage to the pump.

The pool is serviced at least once a week. Scheduling a specific day and time is necessary to respect guests’ privacy.

We enjoyed our stay. The community is lovely, great to have our fur babies with us, communication was excellent, check-in smooth and easy. We did feel like we had to drive a bit more than expected which, in 2 large trucks, wasn't fun to then come back to park as the road is quaint and on the smaller side. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen set up for cooking, drinking water available, best toilet paper we've had while visiting Baja and linens were clean and all there as needed. Myself and travel companions did think the house and pool were smaller than expected and to enter the backyard you must go through a bedroom or exit the house and walk around. No big deal, but for friends staying together, its wasnt ideal. The table in the yard and the kitchen table are in need of replacing. The home could use a re-painting and some maintenance, which is why we didn't give higher stars in value for money category.

Antes de emitir mi opinión sobre mi experiencia durante nuestra estancia, quiero agradecer a Jorge por su amabilidad y su atención, inclusive desde uno o dos días antes de nuestro viaje (respondió a todas mis dudas). Cuando llegamos, muy amablemente nos recibió y nos indicó dónde estaba cada cosa en la casa, así como el estar atento para cuando nos fuimos 😊. En ese sentido, quedamos satisfechos. Con respecto a la propiedad, consideramos que le hace falta mantenimiento, y el contar con más amenidades que son básicas para el viajero. La idea de preferir hospedarse en una propiedad de este tipo, es el que uno ya no tenga que preocuparse en sí de nada, excepto de disfrutar las vacaciones o el motivo del viaje 😁. El tener acceso desde tener todo para prepararse un café, hasta tener una secadora de cabello, o contar con productos para poder lavar ropa, por poner un ejemplo, son beneficios que inclusive ya la mayoría de las propiedades te ofrecen, y sin duda representan un plus 😁👍.

Excelente lugar para pasar tus vacaciones, es muy tranquila la zona, cerca de absolutamente todo, la casa es súper bonita y se disfruta muy bien la alberca! Lo recomiendo 100%!
