The villa features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, located 15 minutes east of the southern Pacific coastal town of Dominical. Situated in a quiet community called Valley of the Horses, this 12-year-old property provides privacy and security.

The villa’s interior decoration reflects Costa Rican culture beautifully, featuring Boruca Indian masks on the walls and vibrant handmade crafts displayed on shelves.

The outdoor area is exceptional, surrounded by lush native plants that thrive in the tropical sunlight. The swimming pool measures approximately 25 feet by 10 feet and maintains a comfortable temperature year-round.
