The Space
This two-story detached custom home is situated on a 0.31-acre lot, backing onto a golf course with private homes on either side. The design and decor reflect the charm and style of Spanish and Mediterranean architecture.
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers a peaceful retreat ideal for a relaxing vacation. The open upper floor plan features a breakfast area with a terrace that provides partial ocean views. The large backyard includes a patio with a pool, spa, and a private barbecue palapa, making it an excellent space for entertaining.
The house is equipped with individual air conditioning units throughout, a gas-heated jacuzzi, washer and dryer, and all bedrooms come fully stocked with blankets, pillows, and towels.

The main bedroom and living area each have a 55-inch flat-screen TV, with Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and closet. Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 each contain queen beds plus an additional sofa bed. The master bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom with a tub, and a walk-in closet. There is also an exterior full bathroom for pool and patio use.
All three bedrooms, along with the living, dining, and kitchen areas, have access to individual outdoor terraces. The living room includes another 55-inch flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a selection of DVDs, a bar area, and a terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.

The home is just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, and hotels. The vibrant downtown area of San Jose del Cabo is within a 20-minute walking distance.

Brenda was very accommodating and quick to communicate everything that hosts would need. She even went the extra mile and thanks to her and her wonderful housekeepers, they helped one of the people in our party retrieve their phone. Beautiful place and great experience.

Really one on the best airbnbs I’ve been to. Everything you could want for a wonderful family or group stay. The backyard pool area was a private paradise. Brenda provider a large jug of potable water with a refill which was more than enough for our needs. The place is well supplied and feels more like staying at a friends house than a rental.

What an AMAZING property! The Villa was large and inviting enough to provide 3 couples plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for an exceptional 5 day stay. All rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. The pool and hot tub were inviting enjoyable. A bonus feature was that we were even able to find English speaking TV channels on the TV service provided. We highly recommend the property to this property to others. You will love it!

We hand a fantastic stay. Absolutely loved the authentic Mexican style home, all rooms were very spacious, and yes each bedrm had it's on bathroom. Lots of natural light, especially all the outdoor balconys and patio. 100% would recommend to others!! Also we felt very safe.

Such a gorgeous and spacious spot. My friends and I (6 total) stayed here for two nights comfortably. There is so much space and the pool, hot tub and outdoor area are stunning. The location was easy for us to park our car and run to the beach / 10 min drive to downtown.

My family and I had a great stay. Lovely, quiet environment. Comfortable house. And VERY VERY close to a spectacular beach. The house was very well equipped with towels, beach chairs, coolers and everything else you'd need for a day at the beach. Lots of good kitchenware and a huge grocery close by. Brenda was super responsive and flexible. I suggest renting bikes and cruising up to the old town.

This place was AMAZING! Frankly, even better than the pictures. We were a party of 3 couples so we each had a bedroom with a private bath. KItchen is large with lots of dishes, pots and pans. We really enjoyed the lovely backyard with the large pool and spa. All communication with Brenda was really prompt. Probably the nicest AirBnb I've stayed in!
