We had a great experience staying here! Silvia was communicative and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and booked our excursions for us. The cabin itself was very cool and has some trails around the property. I would definitely stay here again

Silvia was very responsive and allowed a flexible check in. She gave wonderful recommendations for activities. We loved being away from the busyness of La Fortuna.

We loved our stay at Carolina & Silvia's Cabana. RENTAL: We were just outside of the noise and conjestion of the city, but it was still a short drive away (car required). We were surrounded by beautiful plants and animals (hummingbirds, tucans, and macaws!) and access to short winding trails for viewing. The 2-bedroom place allowed us more space for the family than a typical hotel or studio-style rental. Fully stocked kitchen was great for making morning tea/coffee or even a smoothie. Additional amenities include AC in the bedrooms if necessary, washer machine, and a pineapple gift if youre lucky! HOST: Silvia met us for an easy checkin. She showed us around the grounds and cabana. She asked about our plans, made suggestions with no pressure to commit immediately, and took our phone number for following up, if needed. She was so friendly and ameniable.

Silvia's place is great. Private and secluded with walking trails right from the house. The house is clean, cozy & comfortable. Also, Silvia was so easy to communicate with. She arranged perfect activities for us with our 10 month old son so we didn't have to plan anything. Her place is great :)

We had such a fabulos experience at Silvia's lovely cabin in paradise! This was excatly what our family needed: a well-apportioned cabin with a lovely outdoor area, excellent air-conditioning, and enough kitchen that our needs were met. The outdoor space was LOVELY! We drank coffee every morning with a view of hummingbirds, toucans, condors, and much else. But I must say a huge part of our positive experience was Silvia. From the very beginning, she was as supportive a host as it gets. Any question or concern I had, she responded within minutes. And every activity she recomended that we did exceeded our expectations, including ziplining, night forest walk, and hot springs -- not to mention her recs for food. Take Silvia's advice! You won't regret it.

Your family was extremely attentive and hospitable, making our vacation truly special. Mr. Checo, your kindness in bringing us fresh, unprocessed milk from your cows and organic eggs from your yard was an incredible gesture. Incredibly generous, it added a unique touch to our experience. The grandchildren are truly beautiful, and my children thoroughly enjoyed playing with them. The cabin is truly a paradise, and being there felt like being in Cuba in my own beautiful home. Thank you for sharing your beautiful Eden with us. We will cherish these memories forever.
