The Space
Villa ALOHA is a newly built luxury villa situated on Paradise Hill, offering breathtaking ocean views of Santa Teresa. Designed for maximum comfort, the villa features six master bedrooms, each thoughtfully crafted to provide an exceptional vacation experience.
This property is ideal for large groups and includes an expansive living room furnished with a luxurious sofa and an 85-inch Smart TV. The living area connects to a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, complete with a large island to meet all culinary needs.
There are three dining options available:
- Kitchen island seating
- Indoor dining table in the living room
- Outdoor dining area at the rancho, which also features a BBQ and an external kitchen
Outside, guests can enjoy a vast 900-square-foot pool that includes an in-water seating bar and tanning beds both inside and around the pool. The outdoor common space is generously sized and filled with comfortable seating areas.
The villa’s six bedrooms are divided into two separate wings, each containing three master bedrooms to ensure privacy. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom with a separate toilet. Special attention has been given to the sleeping arrangements, from high-quality mattresses and pillows to premium bedding. Each room is uniquely designed.
Additional services include full concierge support, daily cleaning, and laundry. Bathrooms are stocked with specially selected softening shampoo and shower gel for guest use.

This is honestly the most beautiful place you will ever see in your life absolutely breathtaking! Everything was beyond perfect, from the design to the atmosphere pure luxury, comfort, and attention to every detail. Dana, the host, is incredible truly one of a kind! She works around the clock for her guests and is available 24/7, always ready to help with anything. She went above and beyond for us and made our entire trip unforgettable. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone this is something you simply cannot miss. Everything was just perfect!

We had an amazing time staying at Villa Aloha. Our group of 12 had plenty of room and appreciated the privacy of the bedrooms and their adjoining bathrooms. The view and the pool were exactly as advertised and we enjoyed some amazing sunsets. Dana was very communicative and also helped us coordinate drivers to get around town as well as a chef for meals at the house (Chef Paola was fantastic and we could not recommend her more). One thing to note is the house is not walkable to town, so consider that when organizing your transportation. Our group had a memorable time at the house and we would recommend it to any group visiting Santa Teresa.

We stayed in Case Aloha with other families and had a great experience. The hosts were super responsive before and during our stay. All the amenities are modern and beautiful and everything is as described. A perfect stay.

This was a great house made for airbnb, each room had its own bathroom which is great. The ocean view was the best I’ve ever seen and the amenities were really good, mostly the everyday cleaning. Beware that an AWD/4WD car is required as you need to cross a river (small). Dana was super responsive and she was there to help with a generator due to the power outages in the Santa Teresa area, we had no issues with that. Good place, I would go again there.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos en el lugar y sin duda alguna volveremos, nos encanta, todo impecable, Dana es super amable, súper atenta, nos sentimos como en casa… lo recomiendo muchísimo
