The Sunrise Suite- 3 Bedroom Oceanfront Condo

A nice condo in a relaxing environment. We loved it! Dennis, the concierge, was in contact throughout, arranging transportation and activities, showing the condo and providing useful tips, and addressing questions during our stay. The house manual also had good information and recommendations. The patio featured comfortable furniture and a hammock that was great for napping or reading. The bar pool, literally steps from the back door, was staffed by the very friendly Edwin. There were plenty of other entertainment options, including board games, kayaks and life vests, bocce ball, cornhole, and 3 TVs (although I don't think we ever turned them on). Just two things we didn't like about this condo: - The dishwasher is old; we ended up washing everything before loading and just used it as a sanitizer. - There's a seawall, so it's a little difficult to get into the ocean. Although the resort grounds are very clean, outside there's trash all over the island and in the ocean.

I absolutely loved our time here! The pools are perfect, plenty of lounge chairs, not many people. The bartender is fantastic, the pool chairs are extremely comfortable, beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need. As long as you have a golf cart its easy to get into town, takes 20-30min— you definitely need a cart or bike. The road is very bumpy but thats fully expected on an island. When we come back we will want to stay here again!

This property is on a very peaceful and quiet spot on the island. The local Belizians were super friendly, and transportation to the island and property outside of town was smooth. Edwin and the Someplace South restaurant, which bartends and delivers food to guests, was the perfect surprise perk to this rental. Shout out to Richard and Dennis for their responsivity and for helping arrange excursions.

This is truly the very best place to stay on island. Once we booked the condo the management booked our domestic flight from BZE to island, and had a cab waiting for us who graciously stopped at a grocery store so we could get some essentials. Upon arrival the concierge Dennis was waiting for us to check in. The condo was BEAUTIFUL. Very spacious and clean. The patio was perfect and walked right into one of the two pools on property. The pool has the best bartender named Edwin. He is full of knowledge of the island and can help set up adventures. The beach has beach chairs and games as well as kayaks. The dock is beautiful and I definitely recommend getting a massage right there. There is a bar called Stax right across the way that has excellent food and drinks. Driving into San Pedro was quick and easy. Any questions we had were answered immediately by concierge. All in all this is an amazing place to stay and we are already planning a trip back !!

Awesome place! Communication was excellent before and during our stay. They even met us on Christmas Day to check us in. The property is beautiful and the tours pick up right at the end of the dock. It is a little far from town on a bumpy road for dinner but there are some nice closer options too-like Hula Bar. The pool and bartender were a real treat. Highly recommend!

Hol Chan Reef Resort was a wonderful place to stay with our 4 adult children. We had enough room and walked right out the door into the pool. We stayed the week prior to Christmas and were almost alone for the first 3-4 days, after which the condos began to fill up. Richard, the concierge booked us an excellent half day snorkel trip with Suya Tours and Adolfo - best snorkeling we've ever done! We had the tour to ourselves and he picked us up on the dock - we highly recommend doing this rather than booking on your own. The location is 3.5 miles south of town, and as most reviews will state, the roads are not good. This is on a dirt road with many potholes, but we were so glad we did not stay in San Pedro proper - it's super busy and run down (although safe). It took us about 20 minutes on a golf cart to get to town. Only negatives are that when the resort is full, people are directly out your first floor patio (10' away). If you're there off season, you will love this. Recommend

Everything about our stay was amazing! Sandra was very helpful in setting up our island hopper, taxi, golf cart, made excellent recommendations. Check in went smoothly and we loved everything about the accommodations. Whether it was a lazy day at the pool, or fun filled days of snorkeling, it always felt like we were coming back home. Looking forward to booking our next trip!

We loved staying here! Everything was as advertised! It was beautiful. Sandra made our check in and stay so easy. The only thing we weren't aware of ahead of time was our own bartender at the pool! BONUS! Such a great stay! Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! It wasn’t crowded and we often had the pools to our selves. We preferred being outside the bustle of town, but it’s still only a short drive away. Would definitely recommend.
