The Space
Welcome to our three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa located in Casitas Hacienda Pacifica, a gated community in Quepos. Villa #2 comfortably accommodates six guests, with space for up to eight using couches or an air mattress. The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large television in the family room, and high-speed internet.
On the main floor, you will find a full bathroom and laundry facilities. The second floor features the primary suite with a beautiful bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom contains a queen bed. The two rear bedrooms include balconies with mountain views. For your comfort, every room is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans. All linens and towels are provided.
The open-concept family and dining rooms provide ample seating and a large TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing your own meals, or you can arrange for a chef to cook for you.
Location
The villa is conveniently situated about 1.5 miles from the renowned Marina Pez Vela and approximately 15 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park. Several beautiful beaches and a variety of exciting activities are just minutes away.

Concierge Services

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire villa throughout their stay, including the designated parking spaces.
Additional Information
- A signed rental agreement is required once your reservation is confirmed.
- You will be contacted by the owner or concierge 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and a local contact number. It is essential to keep this number handy, as it is needed to enter the community and villa.
- Upon arrival, you will receive a gate key fob and villa keys.
- A cleaning fee of $50 applies to your stay. If you would like daily or weekly cleaning or laundry services for longer visits, please notify us in advance.
- Gratuities for the cleaning crew are appreciated.

Great villa! Felt very safe in the gated community and really enjoyed the pool. Villa was beautiful and very close to all the restaurants and beach/marina. Esteban did a great job recommending activities and helping set up our guided tour of Manuel Antonio.

We loved this beautiful townhouse and hosts! Lots of space for our family of 5. In a quiet, gated neighborhood a bit outside the town, we found this place to be perfect for getting to MA, and the marina at quepos. The restaurants and touristy area of quepos are an easy 10 min drive. Everything was very CLEAN and well cared for. Host was very friendly and super helpful with great suggestions for restaurants and tours. Book it now!

This was one of our best stays in Airbnb. We came for 5 days as a couple, with four children, incl. some tall teenagers, and we all fit comfortably. The place is in a small gated community, safe & easy to get in and out. Great patio and upper porch, 3 good sized bedrooms with legit queen beds (not twins) and three full bathrooms. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, soap/shampoo. The pool is a 45 second walk from the house, kept at a perfect warm temperature. There’s also a small living room area, which is cozy, but we had no problem watching movies on the large screen TV. Esteban was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for local attractions. He did this even in the midst of important family matters . When it became clear he had other matters to attend to, the owner, Daffney, stepped in, and was equally responsive. This is truly a great house, we were very happy to have stayed, and would love to stay either here or with Esteban/Daffney again.

The space is great. Feels big. Nice little balcony in 2 of the rooms. And a terrace to hang out on as well. Saw a couple macaws and an iguana from the balconies. Esteban is very professional and helpful. The property has an exclusive feel. Couldn’t give it 5 stars since we had some washroom problems. One of them smelled bad at check in (we were notified of this at check in). They replaced the toilet on our last night but it left a very strong smell of all the materials. So it was a little inconvenient throughout. A couple of the toilets wouldn’t flush (we did throw toilet paper in there a couple times and you couldn’t in these) but they became useless. Problems are probably fixed. Would recommend the stay.
