This is a gorgeous spacious house with an amazing outdoor space… garden, pool, new outdoor kitchen area and a large TV there as well. The garden lights and string lights create a magical atmosphere. Pretty pool with no deep end which was perfect for whole group!! Playa Hermosa is very relaxed and safe with 3-4 restaurants right on the beach and one great all day place across street. Two grocery stores walkable and also a church! We set up two boat rides from beach and saw turtles, dolphins, and majestic islands close by. Fish watching in clear water off the Papagayo Peninsula is a must!! Noel the caretaker was patient and kind. Only issues were no laundry for guest use and construction next door... Thank you! We shall return!! Second floor terrace lovely and great spot to watch birds and iguanas.

We had 13 people stay at this location for one week. Plenty of space for everyone. Location was perfect. Walkable to beach, grocery stores. Pool was lovely. Outdoor tv was great . Family friendly beach. Large outdoor ice maker was a nice touch. Air conditioning in bedrooms worked well. Always felt safe. Interior of house was slightly run down but nothing overly alarming. We did have an issue with ants and bees during our stay. And we didn’t realize hot water in main kitchen was turned off until the last day. (because of a leak ?). Noel -the property manager was very helpful and attentive. Gave us a local company for excursions and they were amazing. Beds were comfortable.Few suggestions for the owner to make trip more enjoyable for the next group- a few beach chairs- only had towels to sit on at beach, more blankets/ bed pillows for pull out sofas (only had bed sheets), clothes pins clothes line, a privacy fence/hedge so you don’t have to look at garage/yard waste. Overall great stay

Perfect place for any group. We had an amazing time, and we look forward to another stay in the future. A big thank you to Noel the geoundskeeper for helping us to get settled in and making us feel at home.

Die Unterkunft ist absolut top, besser als auf den Fotos. toll für einen Trip mit Freunden. Es gibt Gemeinschaftsbereiche, Pool und viele Möglichkeiten. insgesamt waren wir 20 Personen und haben Haus und Vorderhaus gemietet inklusive der Sofabetten. die Unterkünfte in den oberen Zimmern sind die besten.

La casa muy cómoda y amplia y con todos los servicios básicos, la piscina y zonas verdes muy limpias, la máquina de hielo un detalle perfecto para el lugar, Don Noel es súper amable y servicial, único detalle para corregir, unas goteras en tercer piso nada más

This house was beautiful, spacious and well-located with easy access to food, the beach, the airport and many excursions in Guanacaste. The caretaker Don Noel was very responsive. We enjoyed the pool and privacy of the house. The neighborhood was peaceful and Playa Hernosa is gorgeous with calm, clear waters.

met all our expectations! property was even better than the pictures. We had 15 family members, had plenty of room. Very private property, I think its the nicest one in the area. Our Grand kids loved having there private pool. Noel the care taker was more than helpful with our needs.

We loved our stay here! Perfect for a large family get away. The kiddos loved the pool and the proximity to the beach. It had great outdoor and indoor spaces to socialize but we all had space to retreat. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to Costa Rica.
