The property was beautiful! Me and my guests had a great time at this property and would definitely recommend for others! The place was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our 5 day stay. We especially loved the pool and hot tub.

This place was outstanding! Theres a difference between hosting and supplying an environment that caters to the guests. This Airbnb exceeded expectations and me and my group of 9 are so happy with the stay. We stayed at another place for the latter half of the trip that was double the price and it didn’t compare to this home. The photos do not show how beautiful this property is!

We had an incredible stay! Our group of six was celebrating a birthday, and this home was the perfect place for it. The house is beautiful, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax, both in the bedrooms and the common areas. The Pedregal community is fantastic—peaceful, secure, and close enough to walk to the marina, restaurants, and downtown Cabo. We also enjoyed walking around the community and amazing views. The host was responsive, helpful, and provided clear instructions before and during our stay, which made everything seamless. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for an unforgettable Cabo getaway.

We had a great time staying in this home for my best friend’s bachelorette. The hosts were responsive and the house was beautiful. There is definitely a lot of stairs throughout the entrance and getting all the way up to the third story however they are absolutely worth it. The views for the home were incredible tons of seating areas lovely decor, and great kitchen. We did have an issue with our garbage disposal, breaking during our stay, which was a bummer but ultimately the host was responsive in apologizing.

The neighbourhood was very safe and private. Beautiful views, the house was just as pictured. Host was very friendly and responsive. My only issue was the pillows on the beds. Great stay would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this villa in Los Cabos. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The pool was fantastic, the multiple levels gave it a unique feel, and the views of the mountains and the ocean were absolutely stunning. It was private, peaceful, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful home! Booked this home for my bachelorette weekend and there was more than enough space for all 11 of us! The home was clean and the host was super helpful. Definitly recommend.

We had an amazing time for my sister’s bachelorette! We had 8 people and we were comfortable in the home. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Daniella and her team went above and beyond to support me before and throughout our stay. She helped set up transportation, gave recommendations and get some things set up before we even got there (decorations company and chef were let in). We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend! We all fit in the main part of the house, so we didn’t need to use the in law suite, but if we had more people, that would’ve been useful.

Casa Hollywood was such a beautiful Airbnb, with great views and so close to downtown and the marina. Our group loved this house and we highly recommend for a group of 6 or more people!! Worth the money by far!

We had a fantastic time during our stay. The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views all around. It was conveniently located near the marina and plenty of day and nightclubs. This spot was perfect for our bachelorette celebration. We all absolutely fell in love with it.

The house was everything we needed and more for our family stay. It had everything you need, it was well equipped and complete. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The views, the outdoor barbecue and the pool were unbeatable. Communication with the host was smooth and available at all times. We had a problem with a honeycomb that formed on the porch and they fixed it very quickly.

The home itself is absolutely beautiful — every bedroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were huge. A few of the bathrooms could have been cleaned a little better before our arrival, but overall everything was great once we settled in. The pool was fabulous and such a highlight of our trip — it did get a little cloudy toward the end of our stay, but the hosts were quick to help when we mentioned it. There are quite a few stairs throughout the home, so something to keep in mind, but it didn’t affect our experience at all. We truly loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Beautiful neighborhood and home! Our group of 9 had plenty of space and didn’t want to leave! Only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star is because of the stairs. The house was nice, I didn’t realize when they said you would have to walk, it really means you HAVE to walk flights of stairs. Just lugging up my luggages was a huge turn off. The house was a bit dated but still not bad. I didn’t like that there were no locks for the actual house, only the front gate had a lock which meant anyone that got beyond that had full access to the house . When we arrived, the storm was at the end of its tail. The maintenance crew came and removed the cushions on the loungers but never came to put them back on for our remaining 3 days. There was also a lot of rules and check in procedures that made me a little annoyed as I was only traveling with my family and it felt like a huge interrogation process . Other than that it was in a great neighborhood with great views when you drove around the community .

When we arrived, we noticed that the counters and the floor was dirty. We let the host know but nothing was done. In the bed room with two beds the AC was leaking all on one of the beds, making the bed unavailable to sleep in. We let the host know and she sent someone out the next day. He said it was fixed but the ac started leaking again. When the person came out the second time he informed us this had to be fixed when we left. So that ment one of the beds was not available. The water pressure literally only let out drops of water and didn’t get hot. The host informed us that we had to let the water run at least 15 mins before it got hot. That didn’t work neither so the maintenance man had to come out for that as well. Also the maintenance man let us know that the jacuzzi wasn’t getting heated because you had to use an app, which we weren’t aware of. There was dirty tissue left in the dressers of one of the rooms. The place wasn’t cleaned at all. The house was beautiful but dirty.

Unfortunately, a full repair required access that could only be done after checkout. Regarding the water pressure and temperature, we did inform you that the hot water can take time to reach certain areas of the home, and the technician was sent out and confirmed it was functioning correctly. The jacuzzi heating system does indeed require an app to control, and we apologize if that wasn't clearly communicated in advance. It has since been clarified in our guest materials. We take guest comfort seriously and did our best to assist you promptly throughout your stay. Place was exactly as described. Very clean. Lots of items included. Soooo many towels!!! Loved it. The views were amazing.

The house turned out great! The only thing to note is that the fourth bedroom is set apart from the rest of the house—almost like its own little apartment. That could be a plus depending on what you’re looking for. Overall, the house was perfect for our needs, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The way the host’s communication was terrible. We explained to her some of the girls we thought would potentially make it had cancelled. So we were waiting to provide her with the final passport. She kept insisting she would refuse to let us in the gate, although I explained to her I would provide the photo for her before arrival. Very rude & very disrespectful. Makes you feel extremely uncomfortable before arrival. The maintenance on the property needs a lot of work. The pool area looks nothing like the photos. She’s very pushy to book with her and claims everything “peak season” to entice you to hurry & spend money. She doesn’t provide you with proper numbers to reach chefs or to book outside activities only emails. But if your in another country, phone numbers would work best to ensure seamless communication. Nothing was seamless,  the house doesn’t look like the photos &!overall we didn’t feel welcomed. We spent a lot of time by the pool with old broken chairs and chipped. Terrible

Superrr responsive. We had a couple of issues and they were super quick to attend to all our needs. Only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the fact that the king bedroom with the double bed, was in fact the master bedroom. Something to think about when planning, but other than that the house was great and the location was superb! Would totally stay again. 5 stars from me (:

Had a great stay with a group of friends! Located in a quiet and safe location with great views and close to the downtown area.  The house was amazing and very spacious, new, and clean. We just wished  we got a lighter earlier because the fire pit was so cool!

This is THE house to stay in the THE best neighborhood in Cabo.   We didn't want to leave the house!  The stereo system, the quality of the hot tub, secure access with lots of privacy.

We had a great time during our stay. The views were absolutely amazing especially at night. The fire places perfected the night time vibes. We loved the location as it was close to everything and it is in a secure upscale neighborhood. The outside of the house could use some tlc but, it was still a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommend!

My group of 11 young adults had an amazing time at Casa Hollywood! Daniela, the host, was so helpful in booking all of our transportation for the whole trip as well as our boat trip which was amazing. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions. My family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Our group of 8 adults and 1 infant had plenty of space to relax and enjoy ourselves. The house was perfect for our needs, with a spacious layout and all the amenities we could ask for. The outdoor area, complete with a hot tub and pool, was a highlight of our trip—we spent so much time out there! The neighborhood was lovely, and being within walking distance of the Marina area made exploring so convenient. Daniela was exceptional in communicating with us—very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and arranging transportation. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Let me first say we thoroughly enjoyed the place and had a lovely time during our stay. The pool was refreshing, the rooms were fantastic, and the view was amazing! The Wi-Fi coverage was incredibly spotty and didn't work in many parts of the house. And heating the hot tub was confusing and inconsistent (it would heat up and go cold at the most random times). But the most frustrating part of our stay was our hostess, Daniela. She tried to nickel and dime us at every possible opportunity for extra fees. Extra fees for this, extra fees for that ... it was non-stop. When a customer pays a premium for a property, at some point, these fees should just be priced into the overall cost. $30 to let someone in? $50 to check in early when the house is open and not being used? She withheld the gate code from us as though we weren't gonna pay. This property would be much more successful without Daniela and her excessive attempts at trying to squeeze more $$$ from the customer. A poor experience.

We don't try to squeeze money out of any of our guests, as you can see all our past reviews. What I guess it happened was that maybe you didn't read all the information where we mentioned the extra services that are not included within your reservation and that is why we have extra fees. Everything is exposed on the listing so our possible guests can be informed prior sending a request. The request for early check in is subject to availability and the reason why it comes with an extra charge is because we need to hire extra staff to get the property ready in less time. Regarding the malfunctions that you mentioned in the house, unfortunately is not something that we can control if it happens last minute or during a guest stay and we were there to assist you to solve everything right away so you could enjoy the hot tub. The house was beautiful, gorgeous views and located in a very safe area 5 mins from marina. loved everything about my stay and will definitely stay again. the hosts were also great to deal with and were helpful in making recommendations. This is an amazing place if you are something extraordinary with a beautiful view over the Cabos Marina.  It feels very private and safe inside a gated community with other beautiful custom homes.  There are two level of stairs to walk up before getting to the main house l, but it’s worth it once you get there.  The 4th room is a suite with living space a level below the main house.  It can be a good thing if you are staying with an extended family that want their own peace and privacy.  There are maintenances that need to improve, but overall was a great experience.

Daniela was a good host, very responsive. Space looked better in person. Walkable but a hill. She was very helpful and straightforward. Part of my group got delayed at the beginning of our stay but we did enjoy our time and she helped with the driver situation. Lots of rules but very understandable for the area you are staying in. Security team is very nice and helpful in this area and helped my group feel safe. There is lots of space. I enjoyed Pedregal.

We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely stunning! It looked exactly like the photos! The house was spotless, and had everything in it that was promised! Whenever I had a question, the host would be answering me within 10-15 min, the service was incredible. They recommend a private chef who comes to the house and cooks for you, and it is hands down an amazing experience. The food was so good, and they cleaned before they cooked, during and after the service. Our kitchen and living space was cleaner after they cooked in it, then before when we cleaned it preparing for them. This house is an absolute experience and I would not hesitate to book again! Thank you Casa Hollywood!

We loved our stay! The house totally exceeded my expectations. The house and the area were beautiful. Amazing views and every detail cared for. Close to downtown, we had a rental car so everything was a 5 minute drive at most but walking distance if you wanted to. Would deff recommend and I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended this place to friends. This house is as advertised. Deff recommend

Great stay! The interior of the home is excellent & well-appointed with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was spotless & the bedrooms & bathrooms were very nice. Amazing view from the bedrooms! The patio deck could use a resurfacing as it is flaking from the direct sun, and the fire pit along railing could benefit from upgraded rocks & glass. But overall the Hollywood House was an excellent value for a large home in the secure neighborhood of Pedregal. The host very friendly & helpful. Thank you!

Hollywood House was stunning and exceeded our expectations! It fit our group of 13 perfectly for my bachelorette weekend. The house was even more beautiful than the pictures!! The kitchen had everything we needed all weekend, the house was clean, the pool & backyard area were so relaxing! The neighborhood felt extremely safe & a plus that you could walk into downtown from the house. It was an easy 10-15 min walk to the marina on our boat day. The host Daniela was super responsive and helped us set up private shuttles to/from the airport & our dinner reservations, and provided tons of recommendations when asked. It was a 10/10 stay and would absolutely recommend this house! I can't wait to go back!! :)

Absolute unbelievable experience at hollywood house for my bachelorette! The place was more beautiful than the pictures and it was in a perfect location! 15 minute walk to downtown cabo and the marina! Not too many tasks to do at checkout as well. The Hollywood House is an amazing property in Cabo. Very close to downtown however the walk back is all uphill, so be aware. Rooms are excellent with beautiful views of the Marina and Ocean. We cooked several times and never had a problem needing more utensils or cookware. Great place to stay!!

PROS: Pedregal is a beautiful and exclusive community and the Hollywood House looks like it's photos online. There was plenty of space/beds for our group of 9. The house was very clean and the host(s) were helpful in setting up chef, massages and transportation. The owner of the house was helpful in following up regarding an issue that we had. AC works great, plenty of hot water. Opportunities: The outside areas could use a little TLC, there were broken tiles on the balcony of the primary bedroom. We were not supplied with enough toilet paper and paper towels for our group size, so we had to purchase some. Although the host helped greatly with setting up extra activities, we found her tone through chat to be standoffish and condescending. If you ask a question of clarity she will ask you to re-read her previous message or instructions. We did give the benefit of the doubt in case she was using a translator that just made her communication direct. All in all, I would recommend.

We booked this location at the last minute due to change in plans. The host was responsive and could answer questions we needed. The area was conveniently located to several bars, restaurants and the beach. I would say the house could use some updates. But overall it did serve its purpose.

Daniela’s home is beautiful, clean, and perfect for a relaxing vacation in the heart of Pedegral. The views of the ocean are spectacular. Daniela is a communicative and helpful host. The Pedegral community is secured by 24 hr guards, so it feels safe. The house is large, spacious, and has room for a group. We stayed in this home for a girls weekend, and we had a fantastic time. Would love to stay in this house again!

We had such a wonderful stay at casa Hollywood. The house was private, safe, spacious and beautiful - it really looks just like the photos! The views of Cabo were stunning and we loved the access to the tennis and Pickleball courts at the Club. Daniela and Reef were super helpful, responsive and accommodating. We had the most wonderful time!

Casa Hollywood is in Pedregal, which is beautiful. It’s central to everything, so you never really have to travel more than 30 mins in any direction to go anywhere (restaurants, other resorts, activities, etc). Reef was a solid manager, making solid referrals (Chef/Butler - Excellent), driver (adequate), etc. The home itself is very comfortable, with a beautiful main floor with kitchen/living room/dining room and outdoor pool area. The home is a touch dated, but the important things worked well - TVs, Sonos, kitchen appliances, grill, hot tub, etc. Furniture was very comfortable. It’s a solid villa in pedregal, well located, with exceptionally beautiful views. It was a solid value during the week between Christmas and NYE and my family enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

This airbnb had amazing views of the ocean from the third floor balcony. It was quick 5-10 min drive to everything we wanted to do during our stay & the home was equipped with mostly everything we needed. Host was very responsive when we had some issues trying to light the fireplaces and the host helped with a quick video on how to light the fire place. Overall great experience and the airbnb perfectly accommodated our group of 9.

The Hollywood house is a great vacation spot for a family or group with a lovely pool, fire pit, hot tub, and ample room for 3 couples +.  Location is a little up and down the hill, but is walkable to town.  The management company is very responsive and can help with bookings from a boat to airport, transportation and more.

The Reef aka Casa Hollywood really is a great place. The hosts handled everything I wanted and needed perfectly and quickly. Daniela was just amazing to work with. The house is beautiful and perhaps better than the pictures. It’s also a comfortable 10 / 15 minute walk to downtown Cabo so you don’t need to rent a car if you don’t mind some walking. The Waldorf restaurant is just off the access road for Pedregal which was also nice. Daniela set my group up with a ride to and from the airport which made things so easy! She also set me up with a private chef who I hired to come to the house and prepare brunch for me and my friends. The view from the house is beautiful.  The only downside is you have to let the water run in the shower for a good 5 minutes to get hot water. But the house has a water purifier which was so nice. It’s a slow flow because it has to filter the water but it works great and our whole group drank several cups from it each without any issues. Will stay here again!!

The house was the perfect size for my family and the location to town and to where the wedding we attended was,  so super convenient.  However it felt like the house could use a little attention and updating.  The host was very responsive to requests we had during our stay.

The views are breathtaking from the pool and patio. The home is very walkable to the local organic market, restaurants and coffee shop, but you can catch an Uber for anything else. The host arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport and for further destinations. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

The house exceeded our expectations! Our favorite part was the large common area where the kitchen, living room and dining room meet. It was the perfect house for a group stay!

The accommodation is just like the photos, even exceeding the expectation. Weeks before, we were told that we couldn't stay the last night because they had maintenance, they offered us a place to stay in San Jose that was also very nice. I highly recommend hosting, luxury.

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos, incluso superando la expectativa. Semanas antes, nos dijeron que no nos podíamos quedar la última noche por que tenían mantenimiento, nos ofrecieron una opción de alojamiento en San José que también estaba muy bien. Recomiendo mucho el hospedaje, de lujo.

Great location. Beware of a lot of stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. House is beautiful. Host was super responsive and helped with all needs. The only place I’ll stay anytime I cost Los cabos.

I recommend for anyone who is visiting Cabo to stay here! The home in person looked even better than the pictures! Not only is this home absolutely beautiful, the location is perfect! It is about a 15 minute walk from the marina and has beautiful views of the water. I went with 11 other girls and it fit us all comfortably. The host helped us rent a shuttle to the airport as well as reserving a chef for the night. Also, the host was easy to get in contact with and always responded quickly! Truly would stay here again if I come back to Cabo

Family quick trip and this was the perfect home to book. This beautiful home has spectacular views from all angles including the bedrooms not to mention the angle of the pool with the jacuzzi over looking the marina whether in the day or night you can’t go wrong.  House was nice and spacious with lots of amenities. Home is centrally located to shops and restaurants. Host was nice and pleasant. We look forward to coming back!

We rented this beautiful Airbnb for a bachelorette party for 11 girls and it was perfect! Amazing views, location to restaurants and night life, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The host was super responsive and kept in touch with us before and during the trip. When we weren’t able to turn on the hot tub, the host immediately responded and turned it on from his app. The host also gave us recommendations for a private chef to cook at the Airbnb and also transportation to get to the places we needed to go and both made the trip so easy and amazing! The property looked exactly like the pictures and was super clean. We were able to watch the sunrise from the beautiful balcony! It was the perfect mix of comfort and luxury at the same time. The girls were all raving about how it was the best Airbnb they stayed at! Thank you.

Great place. Clean, and a pleasant walk to the marina (about 20 min). Lots of stairs, so be ready for that. Melissa was super pleasant to work with and helped us with anything we needed.

Beautiful home! Location is near bars for nightlife and restaurants for families. Beautiful view ! Hosts are extremely responsive and connected me with a company that decorated my daughter's room for her birthday . Area is quite but it will be a bit of a hike due to the hills if you want to walk to restaurants. Bedrooms are awesome and home is very clean!

The hosts were wonderful!!! The host scheduled our airport transportation thay went flawless. The first night we had a private chef come in and cook a beautiful dinner, then the second day the host scheduled private massages at the house for us! Anytime we had a question the host were very helpful. The location is perfect, the view is beautiful, the house is gorgeous. We cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for making our 10 year anniversary so special.

The place was amazing. The house is even more beautiful than the photos and the location is an easy car ride into town. The host was extremely responsive to all our issues. There were a few things broken and the cleanup service was there when we arrived but that was largely because the peoples staying before us were crazy. The host made sure that we were aware and worked with us to make everything perfect. GREAT stay. HIGHLY recommend - much better than other houses I have seen in Cabo

My friends and I stayed at the Hollywood House for 4 nights and it was incredible! The home, the views, the pool & spa made it hard to want to leave to go into town at all! They were great with helping us hire a chef, car service and were super responsive. I'd definitely stay here again and again!

All in all, Casa Hollywood was an amazing home (or more like a mansion!). This place will have you feeling like you've made it in life, albeit for the weekend or so that you're there. The host's instructions were very clear and while they didn't include the front door code in the original message, they picked up the phone right away, apologized, and sent us the code! It was nice to have chips, guac, and salsa provided for us the moment we arrived. And the views were awe-striking! The city looked amazing both at day and night and the night sky was absolutely mind blowing, we all saw a handful of shooting stars! I also loved how close it was from downtown (even though it was like 10ish minutes of walking up a road which we got used to after the first time or two). The pool and jacuzzi were great and fun to use. There was also a lot of fresh towels available for us to use, both for the beach and showering. The fireplaces were also a great touch. And the Sonos sound system was awesome!

The location is perfect!  Close to marina, restaurants, and downtown Cabo. The house and pool are amazing. Views can’t be beat.  Our hosts were so helpful and very responsive.

Giving a five-star review was the easiest thing I've done in a while. Wonderful views of the ocean and easy to find in Cabo San Lucas Pedregal. The 5 to 10 minutes walks to downtown Cabo San Lucas are extremely convenient. Very large and comfortable bedrooms, ample bathrooms, and large closet space. Our favorite part of the home is the spacious big kitchen, living and dining areas. Overall, a great stay for our family of 8 to relax and enjoy this beautiful home.

Great location! Easy walking to the Cabo San Lucas Marina and also easy to find when entering to the highly exclusive gated community of Pedregal. Beautiful views! During the day, we loved sitting by the ceiling high windows inside the living areas and dining room. In the evening, we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing next to the warmth of the big patio firepit with our family. The house was impeccable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay including terrific sound systems. The Super Hosts are superb! They provided great communication and very helpful when needed. We Will definitely stay in the Hollywood House again.
