The apartment is located in downtown San Isidro, so it is convenient for those who need to have everything within reach. However, it is important to emphasize that because of this, there is a lot of noise from early on, around 6 am, which significantly affects sleep and rest. The place was very clean when we arrived and has everything you need to cook, wash, etc., but the living room furniture and some things in the bathroom may need to be updated as they are not in the best condition. For the time I stayed, which was only two nights, I can say that it's fine and it was worth it for the location, but the price could be cheaper.

El apartamento esta ubicado en el centro de San Isidro por lo cual es conveniente para los que necesitan tener todo al alcance, sin embargo es importante recalcar que dado a esto presenta bastante ruido desde temprano tipo 6am, lo cual afecta el sueño y descanso significativamente. El lugar estaba bien limpio cuando llegamos y tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar, etc., pero los muebles de sala y algunas cosas en el baño pueden necesitar actualizarse ya que no estan en las mejores condiciones. Para el tiempo que estuve hospedado, que solo fueron dos noches, puedo decir que está bien y valió la pena por ubicacion pero en precio podría estar más barato.

I had a very pleasant experience at this place. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. Everything was clean and well organized, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I'd go back to and recommend to others.

Overall good; a little uncomfortable access by very narrow stairs and handling gates. We were told that no more cars were allowed on the site, and at some point we had to move the car with two other people who had a car. The main gate was left open during the day, and it had to be lowered late at night because no one closed it. The cleanliness is good, the furniture is acceptable, and the location is in the center of the city, some noise, but we already knew about that situation.

En términos generales bien; un poco incómodo acceso por escaleras muy angostas y manipulación de portones. Nos indicaron que no ingresaban más autos al sitio, y en algún momento tuvimos que mover el carro con otros dos personas que tenían auto. El portón principal quedaba abierto durante el día; y se tuvo que bajar tarde en la noche porque nadie lo cerraba. La limpieza bien, el mobiliario aceptable, y la ubicación en el centro de la Ciudad, algo de ruido, pero ya sabíamos de esa situación.

Don Luis was very helpful. He made sure I was comfortable and when I mentioned a lot of light from the street came in the bedroom window he immediately bought a second pair of curtains and helped me hang them up. The apartment has everything I needed to stay for a month and it’s easy to walk to several grocery stores, the bus station, the farmers market, etc. As other reviewers noted there is a LOT of traffic noise because the apartment is on a Main Street. The traffic noise starts around 6am and winds down around 9:30 or 10pm so it’s pretty constant all day. But other than the noise this place was great!

Nice place, clean and comfortable ! The location took us to another place, we found it for looking for something similar to the photo of the entrance! It was our wedding and upon our arrival there was a nice decor!😻 In the early mornings it can be noisy on the street. But normal for location Excellent service , from before arrival everything was fine!

Fue nuestra boda y a nuestra llegada había una linda decoración!😻 Por las madrugadas puede ser poco ruidoso por la calle. Pero normal por la ubicación Excelente servicio , desde antes de la llegada todo estuvo bien!

Luis’ place was the perfect location for me and my kids. It is central to many things including local eateries, multiple grocery stores, the weekly Féria and bus stops. This was a huge plus for me as I did not need to rent a car while visiting. That being said if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you as traffic at night could be heard while sleeping. For us, it was just a small price to pay for the great location. We walked everywhere local and took the bus for longer distances. The apartment was well equipped for our month long stay. The kitchen had a rice cooker, blender, electric skillet, pots and pans and plenty of dishes and utensils for eating in. Plenty of sheets and towels as well. The balcony was great as my kids and I spent time enjoying the afternoon rains while sitting out on the balcony. I highly recommend the soda right around the corner, El Escondite Del Sabor. We ate here multiple times and really enjoyed it. Great stay, did not disappoint.

We needed to make a reservation at the last minute and Luis was responsive and took us right away. We really appreciate the quick response and assistance. The location of this apartment is close to everything we needed and we were able to take care of things easily. We also appreciate that we could put our car inside the gate. Thank you Luis!

Very nice apartment. Light. Plenty of room. Well furnished. Very functional kitchen. The location is excellent. It's a 5-minute walk to the town square and is surrounded by shops, restaurants, groceries and more. I felt safe in the neighborhood, even at night. It's a short block to the futbol stadium and I was able to see a game, which was great fun. Highly recommend Luis' place.

Guillermo’s place is centrally located and within walking distance of groceries, shopping, bars and restaurants - as well as all of the bus terminals. The kitchen was perfect for me and allowed me to cook for myself often during my month long stay. Would definitely stay there again!

Pura vida!  I had a comfortable stay. The location was great, close to amenities and easy to access. The space was clean and adequately furnished, though some areas showed minor signs of wear. The host was responsive and accommodating, making the check-in process seamless. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some minor improvements could enhance the experience for future guests.

Good host, apartment, and location, especially if you want to walk around the city. Even though there is only AC in the main bedroom, it cools a bit in the evenings with open windows, and the city noise is relatively minor.

I stayed for over 30 days. Very good location for someone who does not have a vehicle. Located on a main road so it could get noisy. Kitchen was equipped enough to be able to cook your meals. Everything worked good in the apartment.

Very nice place, no need for a car, bus and taxi service is very reasonable. Recommend very highly. I will definitely return.

We loved our stay at Don Luis' place. We came to San Isidro for language school and also used the apartment as a home base to explore. It was a perfect location for us. The apartment is very nice - lots of space, a nice big living room, a great kitchen, plenty of hot water in the shower and a big balcony!

The apartment is nice, very cleaned with everything necessary. Don Luis Guillermo was very kind. The only thing is that being so central (which is an advantage) at night you can hear the cars. For the rest, it's a good option to be close to downtown.
