La casa es espectacular, el silencio y esta muy alejado del ruido, se duerme muy bien me encantó los espacios en la piscina, definitivamente volvería

Silvia’s place is extremely nice! Just as you see in pics. Nice location. Perfect for 6 adults. Denis (the recommended drive) is what made our trip! Make sure to book him as he knows everyone and is the kindest human! We loved Denis! We had a hiccup with breakfast and the housekeeper but Silvia fixed it later that day. Silvia is very communicative, I would say too much for our group. I had tons of messages daily. One other thing to be aware of is “full service” means someone is always around. Pool guy, gardener, house keeper, security guard with a key etc. Even Silvia was at house on arrival and came to the house prior to departure while we were still enjoying the house. She also advised she would be having painters come at 8am on checkout day even though we weren’t checking out until 10. She canceled them once I reiterated we wanted privacy. Overall, the house was great just some things for people to be aware of if you are looking for a more private house.

Silvia did exceptionally well as a host. She not only provided consistent support, but gave us a great list of activities and food places to go. She greeted us personally even though we experienced delays in our arrival. We would recommend her location and wished we had stayed longer. Would totally recommend it.

Silvia was an amazing host! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. The home was exactly as described, and Silvia went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to come back. Thank you, Silvia, for helping make our vacation so memorable!

The house is incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice. We took the wrong roads getting there and I was bumpy but once you figure out where you are the experience getting around is terrific. Silvia is so lovely and Gaby maintains the property very well.

We loved our time in Costa Rica! Silvia’s home is absolutely beautiful and really made the trip. Silvia was very responsive and a big help with any questions we had. I highly recommend including breakfast each morning with your stay. It’s yummy and gabby was so accommodating. We rented golf carts so that we could go back and forth to the beach club. Can’t wait to come back again! Thanks Silvia for everything!

First and foremost, BOOK WITH DENIS as your driver. He helped my family and I book excursions, find the best spots for dinner, night life and natural views. He knows Guanacaste very well and has so many connections. He is super nice and accommodating. The home was beautiful, and each room had its own private bathroom, except for two rooms that shared a connecting bathroom. The home was super clean and Silvia was great on assisting with anything that needed to be fixed. The area itself was very peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing stay. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll likely need some form of transportation around Hacienda Pinilla, as the beach, beach clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants are not within walking distance. I recommend renting a golf cart, car or having a personal driver. The community is very secure and equipped with security. Needless to say my family and I enjoyed our stay & felt safe while doing so.
