The Space
Villa Nambi is a stunning six-bedroom, seven-bathroom private estate located in Papagayo. The villa spans 9,000 square feet of interior and exterior space across three stories. The main floor features a grand lounge with 20-foot ceilings, a dining area, an infinity swimming pool, an adjacent hot tub, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen, and an exterior BBQ terrace overlooking the Four Seasons Championship golf course.

Location
Villa Nambi is situated on the Peninsula Papagayo, offering breathtaking views and direct access to the Four Seasons Golf Course and Playa Prieta Beach Club (seasonal rates apply). The property is approximately a 45-minute drive from Liberia International Airport, which has direct flights from major cities including Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York, Toronto, London, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chicago, Calgary, Montreal, and Denver.

Unique Features
Villa Nambi is the only property on the peninsula that includes two boats with your rental:
- A 2020 Super Air Nautique Wakeboard/Wakesurf boat
- A 2022 Barker High Performance Fishing Catamaran
Both boats come with a captain, mate, gasoline, and equipment.
Boat Usage Based on Stay Length
- 7+ night stay: Full day on the Super Air Nautique and half day on the Barker Catamaran (inshore fishing included; offshore fishing available for an additional fee)
- 5/6 night stay: Half day on the Super Air Nautique and half day on the Barker Catamaran (inshore fishing included; offshore fishing upgrade available)
Additional days on the water receive a 30% discount.
Guest Access and Experience
Guests have exclusive access to:
- The private Four Seasons Golf Course through the villa’s golf membership
- Playa Prieta Beach Club (seasonal rates apply)
- Private beach picnics arranged via the included boats
Upon arrival, guests are greeted by the host, chef, butler, and cleaning staff who coordinate activities and ensure a seamless stay.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
- Payment: 50% due at booking, remaining 50% due 7 days before check-in
- Cancellation: If Costa Rica closes its borders during your travel dates, rescheduling will be offered based on availability
- Holiday periods (Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) are non-refundable and non-transferable

We had the trip of a lifetime at Villa Nambi. From the meticulous planning and coordination with Mario & Emily to the incredible staff who took care of us during our stay, not a detail was missed. The service from the entire Viridian team was truly top-notch. We traveled to Villa Nambi with extended family for my birthday. Our large group included kids from ages 2 to 17 and kids at heart from ages 40 to 80. I share this to emphasize that a trip here has something for everyone! While we loved our time lounging at Villa Nambi and spotting wildlife while splashing in the pool, we all found activities nearby to enjoy. The included boating & fishing trips were highlights for all of us. What made the trip unforgettable was the stellar service at the house from Jeffrey, Carlos & Victor. Every day I thought “they’ve outdone themselves!” and the next day they would do or make something else spectacular. It was so hard to say goodbye to Villa Nambi. Thank you for the amazing trip & birthday!

Dear Mat and Emily - Thank you for an exceptional 5+ star experience at villa Nambi. Your team and the experiences with viridian was outstanding. The deep-sea fishing and ski boat experience were exceptional with top of the line and new equipment. The house well maintained - better than the photos - but the best part was the service team that made the stay in Costa Rica unforgettable for our friends and us.

Our family of 3 teenagers and 4 adults really had the most peaceful experience over our week at Villa Nambi. The positive energy of the home is what made our experience so magical. The entire time we were there we felt the caring service that helped us relax, enjoy snd soak in the Viridian Experience. We appreciated the Costa Rica natural beauty, including the birds, howler monkeys, and lizards who we got to see up close from the pool and hot tub. We also loved going around the Peninsula Papagayo by golf cart and electric bikes. Both of our boat tours were filled with adventures made possible by the most captains & trusted guides. We loved taking advantage of the beach resort & the zip line/ropes course. One day, we took a longer excursion to a private nature preserve and took a hike to a secluded waterfall. Most importantly, we appreciated the kindness of our host Jeffrey, chef Jackson, Emir, Leyla, Geo, captain Jimmy, and the whole team of Villa Nambi! Book it! You’ll love it.

This was by far our best vacation. Amazing place, outstanding staff and impeccable service. Jeffrey, Emir and Jackson were really amazing and made sure all our requests were taken care of and made the entire Costa Rica experience very delightful. We will be back next year for sure.
