The Space

Villa Nambi is a breathtaking six-bedroom, seven-bathroom private estate located in Papagayo. Each bedroom includes:

The main room features 20-foot ceilings with local stone framing the walls, oversized doors, and windows throughout. An open chef's kitchen is equipped with Monogram appliances, kitchen equipment, and fine tableware, making for a grand dining experience.

The zero-edge infinity pool is surrounded by a large sun deck and hot tub. A shaded terrace provides a 12-person poolside dining area.

Location

While visiting Peninsula Papagayo, you will want to experience Costa Rica’s majestic coastline by boat. Viridian Experience is the only property on the peninsula to include boats with your rental. Renters will have access to both a 2020 Super Air Nautique Wakeboard/Wakesurf boat and a 2022 Barker High Performance Fishing Catamaran.

• Two master king bedrooms include en suite spa-like bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, and private ocean view terraces.
• Three additional king bedrooms have private bathrooms.
• The sixth bedroom features a bunk bed with a trundle (three single beds total).
• Amenities include U.S. compatible electrical outlets, blow-dryers, a spacious living/media room with a flat-screen television and PS4, a gourmet kitchen with custom cabinetry and GE Monogram industrial stainless appliances, Nest air-conditioning, and high-speed internet (200 Mbps).

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment: 50% at the time of booking, 50% seven days before check-in.
• Cancellation Policy: If Costa Rica closes its borders during your trip dates, we will work to reschedule based on availability. Holidays defined as Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's are non-refundable and non-transferable.
