Super clean, nice little airbnb! The host was super responsive and in a timely manner! I had the fridge stop working on me and it was fixed the same day! I also lost the keys 😅 and the host send someone with replacement keys within 10 minutes! The kitchen only has one burner so beware if you’re trying to cook but it was definitely doable! The location is 8 min driving from the center of tamarindo or 30 min walking. This is super worth it if you have a car! I would recommend the place was clean and nice with all you need and more. Thank you!

Nos pareció que el olor en el baño no es agradable y además no tiene ventilación, llueve y se filtra el agua en diferentes partes del apartamento y la pila de la cocina se taqueo sin nosotros echarle nada, fue difÃcil cocinar. El lugar no es grande pero sin problema pudimos estar 4 personas, por todo lo demás muy bien.

We loved our stay at Yendry's apartment, it is small but very comfortable, located just a few minutes away from downtown Tamarindo, there a lots of businesses nearby where you can get anything you need. We both worked from this location and did not have any issues with the wifi. The bed is very comfortable and the A/C works great. I can fully recommend this Airbnb.

We had issues with the hot water, it was tripping the breaker and would cause an electric spark. We brought it up to the host, they came and looked at it, worked somewhat fine, they said it was from calcium buildup. That night I took 3 videos of the breaker tripping and sent it to them, they didn't seem to care that there was an electrical issue. There's also a funky smell, seemed to be coming from the bathroom that overtook the entire place. When we awoke this morning there was an almost dead cockroach by the garbage... The Airbnb is also down a very noisy ally. There is food trash and glass spilled right outside the Airbnb. The neighbors above are quite noisy and it sounds like they're going to come through the roof at some points. It's somewhat close to town but there's no sidewalks so I'd suggest using a car to get in and out of town if you decide to rent this place. We wouldn't recommend it however.

We were really happy that Yendry accepted us so spontaneously. She was very flexible. The apartment is nice and has everything you need. We especially appreciated the two air conditioners. If you take a collectivo you arrive in 2 min in the center of Tamarindo.

Es ideal para dos personas, la casa tiene todo lo que se necesita y el aire acondicionado enfrÃa delicioso! La ubicación es inmejorable, queda a la pura par del Auto Mercado y a 3 minutos en carro de la playa de Tamarindo. El precio es más que justo y el carro queda seguro con candado dentro de la casa. Cada vez que vuelva a Tamarindo la tendré en cuenta!

Great spot especially for remote working, my gf and I were both working remotely and there was enough space.
