The Space
Casa Aria is a spacious 4-bedroom oceanview villa located in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. It is just a 5-minute drive from the beach and offers breathtaking views along with unforgettable sunsets. The villa features a high-ceiling, fully furnished kitchen and living area, ideal for large gatherings.
Each of the four master suites includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. Three of these suites provide direct ocean views. Additionally, there is a fifth bathroom available for guests.
The outdoor area includes a terrace, infinity pool, lounging spaces, a BBQ rancho with a dining nook and couches, and a hammock鈥攁ll with stunning ocean vistas. The property is gated and offers ample parking.
Casa Aria also provides plenty of space for yoga and other relaxation activities.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa. Parking is available on the property.
Policies
- Smoking is allowed only on the terrace and other outdoor areas; it is prohibited inside the house.
- Pets are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $150 per stay, regardless of reservation length.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds, sofas, or any furniture.
- Guests must keep both indoor and outdoor areas clean, including promptly disposing of pet waste.
- Dogs must not be left unattended in the villa and should not cause excessive noise or disturbance.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets to the property, furniture, or outdoor areas, which may incur additional charges.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays of all time. Incredible view of the beach with great spots right below the hill. Emilya was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions. Loved having king size beds in all the rooms!

Our second time at the house. It鈥檚 a great location with lots of room to spread out, comfortable and amazing view. They upgraded the couch which was a great improvement.

Amazing place - Great View - Great Pool - Everyday cleaning really helped - Every room has a private bathroom It's on a steep hill but I we were able to go up with a 12 seater van (9 people + bags), it didn't rained when we went though so be careful i dont think its possible if it rained thanks for the stay

Catalina who was the concierge at the villa was super friendly, went beyond to make arrangements for us from transportation to food to activities etc. wonderful host very easy to communicate and super responsive. Had an amazing time will re-visit 馃槵

Overall, the property is very nice and we appreciated the host鈥檚 attentiveness during most of our stay. The house itself is comfortable and well located. Unfortunately, the experience was significantly affected by a water issue during the last part of our visit. For almost two days we had no running water, which meant we could not shower, properly use the bathrooms, wash dishes, cook, or even wash our hands. It is important to note that this was not a general issue in the area. We confirmed with friends staying nearby and with the maintenance staff that the problem was related to maintenance of the property鈥檚 well. The water situation only normalized late in the afternoon one day (around 3 pm), and the following morning we had to check out without being able to shower or properly get ready before leaving. We contacted the host about the situation and were informed that the owner could offer a discount for a future stay. However, Santa Teresa is not a destination we visit frequently,
