In the evening, a short five-minute stroll leads you to a variety of restaurants and nightlife options. Afterward, return to the unit to unwind and recharge for the next day.
The Space
This two-bedroom unit is situated in the most desirable location in town, designed with tranquility and comfort in mind. The open-concept living area includes:
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher

- A brand-new, comfortable sofa bed
Each bedroom contains a king-sized bed with direct access to a full bathroom, providing privacy and luxury. Step outside onto the spacious poolside patio, which offers direct entry to a resort-style pool complete with a beautiful waterfall feature. The pool area is surrounded by meticulously maintained tropical gardens.
The large patio is ideal for planning your day, relaxing, dining, or working remotely. The beach is just steps away—literally across the road—offering the closest possible access to the water.
Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire unit. Additional shared amenities include:
- A children's playground
- A resort-style swimming pool with a cascading waterfall
- A shallow area in the pool designed for kids
These features make the property especially suitable for families.
Additional Information
During drought periods, there may be scheduled water conservation measures that could cause temporary water shortages. However, the complex is equipped with its own water reservoir tank and pump, which generally prevents any impact on guests. In rare cases where water availability is affected, please notify us so we can address the situation promptly.

We absolutely loved our stay here! From the second we arrived, we knew we had picked the perfect place for our trip to Tamarindo. The house was even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, incredibly clean, and stocked with everything we needed. One of our favorite parts was spending mornings and evenings by the pool, taking in the gorgeous views. It was the perfect place to relax after days spent exploring Costa Rica. We filled our trip with beach days, snorkeling, horseback riding, hiking, boat rides, and coming back to this Airbnb always felt like coming home. The location was fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything Tamarindo has to offer while still feeling peaceful and private. The hosts were amazing, so welcoming and responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. This Airbnb was a huge part of what made our Costa Rica trip so unforgettable. We made memories we’ll cherish forever, and without a doubt, we’d stay here again! :)

This was my second time to stay at this property and I cannot wait to come back next summer! It is a perfect location to enjoy Tamarindo! There were beach chairs there for us to enjoy.

Condo was in the perfect location. Loved the pool. Only complaint is in both showers the hot and cold water are reversed and the main shower only got hot water a few times while we were there, the rest of the time it was room temperature.

Loved our stay! spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo! Loved that the pool was spacious and fun for the kids with the waterfall feature. Quick walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants.

This was definitely one of the best places we stayed when travelling. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. Everything one might need for the kitchen. We especially appreciated the extra care with sun umbrella and towels for the pool! The terrace was directly in the garden so we could just quickly dip into the water whenever. And right next to the beach! Would definitely stay again if we ever return to Tamarindo.

Perfect location for kids; we absolutely loved our stay. Right across the street from the beach, easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants. 100 per cent would stay there again if we came back to tamarindo.

We had a great stay as a family of four. Everything was nice and clean. No problems at all. I was worried about the second bedroom being too hot without a ceiling fan but the AC blows nice and cold. My kids were very comfortable in that room. There is a little bit of noice heard in that second bedroom from the people passing by in the corridor outside but there’s not much that can be done about that. Overall was so happy with this condo. Easy to walk to all the restaurants we wanted without being too close to the party areas.
