Eco-tours, and great surfing awaits. This unit is intended to accommodate up to a MAXIMUM OF 4 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN. It is not suitable for 6 adults as there are only two bedrooms. The space This 1200 square foot pool-side villa is a fully furnished home away from home. Well appointed kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker and blender. Washer and dryer in unit. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided. Windows have screens to keep out flying insects. BBQ area is steps from the front door. Pool is even closer. Sit on your master bedroom patio and enjoy morning coffee overlooking the pool. All rooms have air conditioning, and the bedrooms also have quiet ceiling fans for your comfort. Guest access The entire villa will be yours. Full access to pool, BBQ area and grounds. There are only 8 villas in this well-maintained complex so you won't feel crowded in the least. Other things to note The villa has two bedrooms and ideally accommodates two couples travelling together, or a max of 4 adults. There are now queen beds in both bedrooms as new beds were recently purchased (03/24). Children are welcome as there are bunk beds in bedroom number 2. The maximum number of guests is 6. We do not have cribs available, so if you are travelling with an infant, please keep this in mind. This family-oriented complex of 8 villas is a quiet haven and respite after the hustle and bustle of town. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am.

## The Space

This private, secure villa offers two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms within a 1,200 square foot poolside setting. Fully furnished, it provides a comfortable home away from home. The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and blender. Laundry needs are met with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Each bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom featuring a spacious walk-in shower. Linens, towels, and beach towels are supplied for your convenience. All windows have screens to keep insects out. The villa also features air conditioning in every room, with quiet ceiling fans in the bedrooms to enhance comfort.

Enjoy morning coffee on the master bedroom patio overlooking the pool. A BBQ area is located just steps from the front door, with the pool even closer.

## Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including full access to the pool, BBQ area, and surrounding grounds. The complex consists of only eight villas, ensuring a peaceful and uncrowded environment.

## Location

The villa is managed onsite and is conveniently located within a 10 to 12-minute walk to the beach. More than 40 restaurants are nearby, offering a variety of dining options. Eco-tours and excellent surfing opportunities are also available in the area.

## Other Details

This villa is designed to accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. It is not suitable for six adults due to having only two bedrooms. Both bedrooms now feature queen beds, recently purchased in March 2024. The second bedroom includes bunk beds, making it family-friendly.

Please note that cribs are not available, so travelers with infants should plan accordingly. The complex is family-oriented and offers a quiet retreat from the busy town atmosphere. Quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
