The house was amazing and looked exactly as described. Nicolas was an excellent host—very attentive and always quick to respond to any questions. The location was peaceful, easy to find, and made for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly book again in the future.

Came here to finish off a business trip, brought family with me and let me just say the location is simply amazing . You can hear the waves and relaxing by the pool was the best way to finish this trip. There is local spots within walking distance where you can buy food to cook, or food to eat. In addition to that the care provided by the caretaker of was amazing Denis was very friendly and looked after us. We will definitely be coming back in the following year and enjoying this beautiful stay once again.

We were visiting El Tunco for a family vacation and rented two villas. The villas were perfect in all aspects! We were traveling with a young baby and the villas fit all our needs. The location is walking distance to everything, but far enough away to get a break and relax in a beautiful setting! The ocean views are fabulous and the sound of the ocean is very relaxing. The private pools and outdoor areas are great for relaxing and taking a break from the heat. The host was very responsive and the people maintaining the grounds are very nice and do an excellent job. I would highly recommend this Airbnb if you are going to El Tunco!

This was hands down one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at by far. From start to finish, our stay at Mar de Flores felt at home. The house was spotless and the rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had AC which was a godsend. The property is literally right on the beach which is exactly what we wanted during our stay. Unfortunately the beach access from the property was closed during our stay due to municipal mandated construction, but the proximity to the beach via other routes made it very easy to get around. The host Nicolas was super accommodating and went above and beyond throughout the entire stay. He was extremely helpful and responsive and coordinated with staff to keep our common spaces, pools, and patio clean everyday.

Had another great stay here—just as clean, comfortable, and well-maintained as my first visit. The host is communicative and makes everything easy, from check-in to checkout. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This was a gorgeous stay! Located right in El Tunco city. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Great location and pristine views. The only thing I will say is the beach out front is really rocky right now and you have to walk to the sandy beach a few mins - and the caretaker of the property is always around doing yard work and such, so a little awkward if you’re looking for complete privacy, but otherwise great!
