The Space
Ideal for family groups, this charming two-story house is situated within Condominio Arenas, a quiet and peaceful community with 24-hour security. Located in Playa Herradura, Costa Rica, in the Central Pacific region, the property comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests with tasteful interior and exterior decor.
On the first floor, you will find:
- A fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and all the necessary tools to prepare any meal during your stay.
- A living room furnished with one sofa, one reclining sofa, a 65” flat-screen TV, and high-speed internet throughout the house.
- A small guest bathroom.
- The living room opens into a formal dining area.
- A fenced backyard with green walls and an outdoor terrace.
- A sundeck pool with a chaise lounge chair (please note jets, lights, and cascade features are not available for guests).
- A modern bathroom.
The terrace and pool area provide a private and tranquil environment with deep, comfortable furniture designed for relaxation.
On the second floor, the sleeping arrangements include:
- Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 2: Full-size bed (sleeps 2).
- Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a single bed on top (sleeps 3).
- A modern bathroom.
- A twin air bed suitable for one person, preferably a child.

Condominio Arenas is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes from San Jose International Airport (SJO) and just a 7-minute drive to Playa Herradura Beach. Nearby attractions include:
- Los Suenos Marriott Plaza, featuring waterfront restaurants, coffee shops, stores, a marina, and a golf course.
- Beaches such as Playa Mantas and Playa Blanca (15 minutes by car), where you can observe various monkey species.
- Manuel Antonio National Park.
- Pura Vida and nearby waterfalls.
- Jaco downtown, known for surfing, swimming, and fishing opportunities.

- No pets allowed without prior consent.
To protect guests from COVID-19 and other germs, the house has been thoroughly disinfected and sanitized. For entry authorization to the condominium, we require the names of all guests and license plate numbers (up to two cars allowed).

Todo estuvo fenomenal lo único que le hace falta a la casa son la lavadora y celadora de ropa. Necesitas comprar tu shampoo y acondicionador para bañarte y si quieres cosinar tienes que comprar todo no tiene nada de condimentos. La casa está bonita chiquita pero acogedora. Esta cerca de Jacó y de buenos restaurantes. Es muy privado para pura familia. Y esta estrictamente prohibido llevar algún amigo.

Nos gustó demasiado , detalles quizá en los utensilios de cocina ( sartenes de muy mala calidad todo se pegaba , y de aspecto poco agradable ( manchados ) lo demás excelente , 100% lo recomiendo y volvería claro que si 👍

Es un lugar precioso, mi familia y yo pasamos unos días hermosos en la casa, desde que llegamos encontramos todo súper limpio y en excelentes condiciones, la casa tiene una ubicación privilegiada a la entrada del condominio, el espacio de piscina y zona de barbecue es súper cómodo, en general pasamos unas vacaciones muy lindas en este lugar, lo recomiendo 100%.

Wonderful house, with backyard private oasis. Host has an extensive list of rules to keep the property in pristine condition, so dont expect this to be a place to party. Be respectful of the property, and you will enjoy it like we did!

The place was absolutely beautiful and easy to find. We did find that the communication with the host was kind of complicated. She was repeatedly sending us the same instructions over and over again. Even before checking in, you are already overwhelmed with all the messages from her. Even when we acknowledged the instructions the first time. In addition, there are excessive check out tasks, and the host indicates excessive fines for things such as living a light on. We always take care of every place we visit as if it were our home. But this communication felt overwhelming — even when we had an issue with the fridge and found what clearly was dog poop in the inner yard. But again, the place and location are good!

Great place for a family, no dishwasher, 2nd bath was outside but very nice, kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Great place overall for the money

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia en Herradura. El condominio es muy cómodo, bien equipado y pensado realmente para descansar; tiene todas las amenidades necesarias para una estadía tranquila y agradable. Además, la ubicación es muy conveniente: a solo 5 minutos hay una plaza con todo lo necesario (supermercado, restaurantes, etc.), lo que hace todo mucho más fácil durante la estadía. Definitivamente lo recomendamos para quienes buscan desconectarse y disfrutar la playa con comodidad.

The house is very new and in a nice gated condo neighborhood that is also new with parts still under construction. House is great - clean & large and the neighborhood has lots of great amenities. The only issue for us was the neighborhood security is overbearing. To check in, we had to send in passport copies for every person in our party prior to the stay. Further, after initial check in at the front gate they put wrist bands on all of us and made us wear them for our entire trip which was annoying and was not communicated until right before our check in. We were also disappointed to find out there was a washer/dryer in the house but we were not allowed to use it during our stay - and we had packed light assuming we could do laundry while there. If you don’t mind the intrusive security and don’t anticipate doing laundry, this is a great house in a nice neighborhood - large rooms and everything is clean and in great condition. The host communicates often, quick, and detailed.
