We loved the place !! Ocean front very quiet beach super cute. We really enjoyed the amenities of the condominium, it had everything needed. It's very well taken care of and Jessica the host was very helpful with us. We will definitely be back.

The destination is amazing and the apartment is super complete. The support was also very good and everything was very easy.

We loved staying at this private lodging area within a gated community in walking distance of rocks and pools to investigate and wonderful surf breaks. I didn’t even have to leave the porch to watch my son surf!

Coastilia was extremely helpful from the moment we made our booking. From organising transport pickup from the airport, to having a golf cart ready, it took a lot of stress out of the travel organisation. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady, Jessica, who showed us around the apartment and was available for anything we needed throughout the stay. She was very communicative and if there was ever an issue, she got it sorted straight away. The apartment is beautifully appointed, with a stunning view of the ocean and all amenities we needed for our stay. We were especially delighted by the welcome treats waiting for us! Hacienda Iguana holds a very special place in our hearts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastilia's apartment.

I just celebrated my 50th bday at this wonderful place and couldn’t have imagined it would be this great! The owner was so thoughtful and responsive… even left us a birthday candle and many other things that were unexpected. Jessica was so accommodating… even at 10pm! Can’t speak highly enough of our experience at Casa Briny! Highly recommend. Thanks again for everything!

I would absolutely recommend this place!

This is the perfect escape into nature without ever compromising luxury and comfort. We worked through the week and walked on the beaches between meetings. If you can come to Iguana, this is the best place to stay. It's right in front of the water, and the apartment is nice. The area is peaceful, clean, and beautiful. The local restaurants are wonderful. Highly recommend. We'll be back for sure!

My family had a lovely stay at Coastilia’s. The place was beautiful, the view was stunning and the location was perfect. We spent our breakfast’s on the patio looking out at the ocean. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book again and highly recommend this place!

Inevitably a few issues but more to do w Nica than the flat (eg power interruptions)
