The Space

The Surfers House is the largest accommodation on the property, offering 110 square meters of living space. It includes two private bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a private terrace with a garden. Upstairs, there are two queen beds and two single beds, making it perfect for groups of friends or large families. Enjoy the spacious terrace and the surrounding greenery.

TwoTenº Surf Home serves as your home away from home, located just 20 meters from the beach and within walking distance of Popoyo’s renowned surf break. This beachside property blends modern amenities with the natural beauty of Nicaragua’s Pacific coast.

TwoTen consists of four bungalows set in a garden just 50 steps from Guasacate Beach. Each beach house is fully equipped for your surf and relaxation vacation. Sleep under a palm leaf roof, prepare meals in your kitchen, and unwind on your private terrace with shaded hammocks—ideal for recharging after a day on the waves.

TwoTenº Surf Home enjoys a prime location close to the market, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Whether you’re pursuing waves or seeking a tranquil retreat, this spot is your base in Nicaragua’s surf paradise.

Popoyo is a surfer’s haven, offering consistent breaks suitable for all skill levels—from gentle beginner waves to world-class barrels. Beyond surfing, the area boasts natural attractions such as tidal pools and breathtaking sunsets. Additional activities nearby include yoga, beach tennis, volleyball, and live music events.

Guest Access

Each bungalow is fully equipped with:

• Desk and kitchen table
• Sofa
• Bathroom with two individual full bathrooms
• Board racks
• Yoga mat
• Fans
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and coffee maker

The casita features two separate bedrooms and a private outdoor seating area. The communal garden space is available for sunbathing or stretching. An outdoor shower is provided for rinsing off after the beach.

Free parking is available on the property. Drinking water is supplied, and although power outages are common in Nicaragua, the property is solar-backed to ensure continuous WiFi access.

Guests have direct beach access via a short pathway. Across from TwoTen’s main entrance is a small market/convenience store. Within walking distance, you will find a variety of restaurants offering Thai food, burgers, vegetarian dishes, pizza, Nicaraguan cuisine, and more. Nearby are additional activities, bars, and surf spots.

Other Things to Note

Playa Guasacate, where TwoTen is located, is a rustic and uncrowded beach town attracting visitors worldwide. It remains underdeveloped, offering an authentic Nicaraguan experience.

• ATM: There is no ATM within walking distance. However, a short taxi ride will take you to one. It is recommended to stop at an ATM on your way to Guasacate. Both USD and Cordobas are widely accepted.
• Groceries: A small market is located in front of TwoTen, stocking most essentials. Daily produce trucks visit the area, and fresh eggs and meat can be ordered. There are no large grocery stores nearby; for longer stays, visiting a larger store is advised. Taxi stops for ATM and grocery shopping can be arranged at no extra charge. Nearby stores include Maxi Pali and La Colonia in Rivas, Masaya, or Managua.
• Cleaning and Laundry: Rooms are cleaned twice weekly. Laundry services are available nearby.
• Water: Drinking water is provided. Tap water is not recommended for drinking but is safe for brushing teeth and boiling.
