Other things to note We are within the center of Santa Teresa Beach which has become very popular. We are not located up the hill, which makes the walk to the beach quick and easy. Being closer to the main road means that you will hear some social noise from the amazing restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance from the house. Please remember that you are far away from any larger cities or towns while you are in Santa Teresa. The power, water and internet have been very reliable these past few years, but do have outages periodically. Pura Vida! There is a boutique hotel next door and they have been great neighbors. You will hear music and conversation from their property on some nights, but it is permitted to be off by 12:00PM. If you are looking for total quiet, you may want to find a villa up the hill

Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite grâce au logement Casa Tina. Il y avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La cuisine est complète et la piscine très agréable. De plus, la communication avec les hôtes était simple et rapide. Pura Vida.

Muy linda casa, impecable y casi nueva. Ubicada a un par de minutos caminables a la playa y a restaurantes. Tuvimos servicio de limpieza día por medio y ayuda con la lavandería. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía. Tina y Gal fueron muy proactivas en la comunicación.

Casa Tina was a great home base for our 10 day family vacation. All communication was excellent and everyone was very kind. The location of the house is a very short walk to the beach and easy for getting to restaurants along the main Santa Teresa street. The housekeeper comes every second day and can do your laundry for you if you wish. This house is on a quiet lane way but backs onto Sonos (a restaurant/hotel). There is one hotel room window that looks down into the pool space, so it’s not completely private. Sonos also has many live music nights with Thursday being the busiest. It wasn’t overwhelming or difficult to sleep, but it certainly wasn’t quiet. Santa Teresa has a young party vibe, so to be expected. We loved the filtered drinking water out of the tap and having the air conditioners to cool down the bedrooms to sleep. Would recommend!

La estadía en Casa Tina fue perfecta. Estaba perfectamente equipada con muy buen gusto y todos lo sillones en areas comunes eran sumamente cómodos. Muy buenas camas y los baños también muy prolijos. La comunicación tanto con Gal, la anfitriona, como con el personal fue fluida y siempre resolvieron inmediatamente nuestros pedidos con excelente predisposición. Gracias Gal por la gran estadía que tuvimos en Santa Teresa.

The location of this home is absolutely perfect and we very much enjoyed the short walk to the beach with our surfboards. There was plenty of space for our entire family and the kids sure enjoyed the pool. The outside table was large and nice for playing family games and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or warm up leftovers. Communication was fantastic, and we were informed very early about potential noise from the restaurant/hotel next-door. We did experience that one evening, but we knew that might be an issue. Overall, a fantastic home!

Beautiful casita & pool. Perfect for 3 surf chicas with all the bathrooms & room to hang bikinis. Awesome they provided lots of towels & had a cleaning service. Loved the outdoor space & open kitchen with lots of options for cooking. Private with room for atvs & boards. Felt safe and close walk to surf break/shops. It was a peaceful & amazing tropical stay with the best waves!
