We would stay again. Insane view, and Rancho is a gem. Surf, mountain biking, and a top tier clubhouse. The house itself needs some updating it’s quite old and not in the best shape. The host is amazing and very responsive and helpful.

The house has a gorgeous view of the ocean with beautiful sunset views every evening. It’s very spacious and conveniently close to all the major clubhouses. I’ve stayed here four times already and will definitely come back again.

This is a beautiful property with amazing views! It is at the top of a steep cliff overlooking a rocky beach. While this makes for great photos, realize that to get anywhere in the Ranch, you must walk or drive downhill and then climb uphill on your return. This is true of most homes at the Ranch so a vehicle is generally recommended. The property is about a five minute drive to the clubhouse. Be cautious of the cliff if you have toddlers, overly adventurous kids, or very drunk adults. We loved the sunset views and the beautiful infinity edge pool. We lived primarily in the lovely outdoor area of the home. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. David took care of the pool most days and made sure we had water. Lenora cleaned the home every other day during our stay. Our biggest issue was the large number of small and large ants. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at Casa Bella Vista and would happily stay there again.

We have been to Rancho Santana several times over the last 8 years and absolutely love it there. This home has amazing views and is right near one of the restaurants, beach’s and pools which is nice. The home itself definitely needs some upkeep and some deep cleaning. We had dead spiders and spider webs in the bathroom right by our face. They also had a bad wasp problem and other big problems which I’m hoping the manager or owner will deal with after we left. The manager was hard to get ahold of. The day we arrived it took them hours to get back to us on when we could go to the house. We ended up having to check in a little late because the cleaners weren’t done. All in all the location was great but the house and communication needs some work. Rancho Santana is beautiful though so it’s a great place to visit.

The location of the house was great with amazing views! The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped if you prefer to stay in and cook. The infinity pool was a definite plus.  We ate at two of the four restaurants that Rancho Santa has to offer that were very good. The hosts were very responsive. I stayed with my family of 6 adults and 2 kids and we fit very comfortably. We would definitely stay there again!!!

We visited Rancho Santana for my daughters wedding.   The house was very nice, and everything went according to plan.  There was a bit of miscommunication regarding cleaning of the house while we were there, but it was never an issue.   We would definitely return.

Getnica is an incredible host! I felt very comfortable with every aspect of the reservation from asking preliminary questions prior to my arrival and also being on property during my stay. If you are looking for a thorough host, Getnica is your one-stop shop!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home perched above Playa Rosada.  The views are amazing.  The host, Isa, was very helpful, responsive,  and friendly.   The house staff, Leonor and David were very professional,  friendly, and efficient....keeping the place looking beautiful.   Great pool, great sunsets, and in general, The Ranch is rad.  Would definitely come back.

Amazing ocean views from this beautiful and comfortable house. Communications with the host was excellent . The house stands on a mountain viewing the ocean with no interruptions around it. The maintenance team was taking good care of cleaning every 2 days and daily maintenance of the common areas and pool. Having said that there were several incidents with insects including large spiders/scorpions and flying ants that would come in large quantities every night which might be related to the dry season , heat during this time and open location but this is definitely something to pay attention to as we were a family with kids and elders.

I love the house and the view, but, the follow up to keep the house clean, was non existent. Meaning we stayed 4 nights in the house and we had no change of sheets or bath/pool towels and no one came to clean the house so trash accumulated. I love the house truly , it was the second time staying there. but you gotta send clean up , and give the guests fresh towels and sheets. No one called or messaged Us to check if everything was ok.

Our stay at Timeless Rosada in Rancho Santana was incredible! The villa had stunning ocean views and luxurious interiors. The amenities were top-notch, especially the infinity pool. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location within Rancho Santana was perfect for exploring the beaches and enjoying onsite activities. I can't wait to return!

We loved our stay! We payed for the Rancho Santana fee of $15 and was definitely worth it as we were able to enjoy the restaurants around and there were so many activities going on everyday. The house was also very comfortable and just like the pictures. 10/10 recommend! We had a great time and the host was fast in answering any of our questions.

The photos do not do this place justice. The house was wonderful. We love Rancho and staying in this home made our stay even better. The communication with the host was perfect. The beds were very comfortable, too. They even arranged airport transportation.

Great location and property.  There were some plumbing issues that were fixed rapidly by GetNica however our main concern was the lack of access to activities on the Ranch.   From what we were told we could use any of the services the Ranch had to offer.   That was not the case and the explanation from the Ranch was due to the property not being managed by them.  We would not have minded if we were told that in advance as there were specific activities we had expected and were denied access to.

This is the best value for money I have stayed in Nicaragua. The accommodation is very clean, private and eco-friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything and there is a barbecue grill, so I had a good meal. I was able to play safely from Covid in the private pool. If you are considering this accommodation, do not hesitate!

The house is amazing, great location. The pool is in really bad shape, needs major maintanance. The tiles are old and scratches the skin. The flooring around the pool is stained and looks very bad.

Olga and Robert are fantastic hosts. They will do everything possible, and more, to accommodate your needs.

Casa Bella Vista, as it’s name states has a beautiful one of a kind view! The sunsets are amazing and the moon setting over the Pacific Ocean was beautiful as well. The place overall was clean and Olga and Robert are very responsive to messages. We also liked the cleanliness of the pool. This house is also a short driving distance to the many amenities Rancho Santana has to offer. We had a great experience and would happily return to stay at casa Bella Vista!

Amazing view, great sunset, top host and comfortable setting Robert was very helpful with all questions prior to arrival. Reaching the house was easy as one could follow waze/google maps to arrive at Rancho Santana. Robert organized for David (his assistant) to guide us to the house once we made it to Rancho Santana. The house is as the pictures. My sons enjoyed the hammocks and the excellent wifi. Kitchen is well provided. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Pool has a big size that allow for doing aqua workouts. House is 10 min walk (road is steep) to the beach. I did that with my boys at least twice a day. Awesome workout! My Dad is 80 years old and as the house was perfect as it does not have lots of stairs and he could manage well. He was driven to the beach which has access for the vehicle. The beach Playa Rosada is beautiful and plenty scenery for taking great pics. Facilities at Rancho Santana are great: tennis court, pool table and swimming pools. Sunset is quite a magnificent show! We managed to see the conjunction of planets (Jupiter and Saturn) - it was amazing to see it from clear skies. We also enjoyed seeing the stars at night. I want to thank Robert for being such a helpful host. I also thank David for being always there cleaning the pool and providing directions to the different beaches. I would love to come again.

we absolutely LOVED our stay at olga and robert’s place in ranchos santana. it is a very safe, amazing community with multiple pools, beaches and restaurants! or it has a little grocery store that has enough to make yourself meals if you want to do that instead. check out the ranchos santana website beforehand to find out more about the community because there is just so much to know! we had an amazing time and will definitely be back.

Casa Bellavista is a great house to experience the beauty of the Nicaraguan coast. It’s location in Rancho Santana is perfect, all of the amenities Rancho has to offer are all within walking distance. The view is one of our favorites, from looking down the cliff and watching the waves crash onto the rocks or watching the waves roll into Playa Rosada, it will definitely be missed.

If you are looking for place to relax, beach life, and tranquility, then you must come to Rancho Santana and stay at Olga and Robert’s place.  It is truly wonderful.  The view is great and the beach is awesome.

Olga and Robert were great hosts. The house is beautiful and beautifully kept. The location is perfect with great views of the Nicaragua coast and the waves at Playa Rosada. The neighborhood is safe and very fun to explore with great surfing and beaches inside the neighborhood and in the surrounding area. We had such a relaxing trip knowing that everything was taken care of and all we had to worry about was surfing and relaxing. We can’t wait to return.

This is an incredible place. The views of the ocean from the entire house are breathtaking. We were 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 6-13), and had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped for a beach house. The location is great, especially if you enjoy walking/running/hiking in hills. It’s very close to both the Rosada and Santana clubhouses.

This is the second time we stayed at Casa Bella Vista.  We were here 2-1/2 months.  The location can’t be beat.  Beautiful sunsets.  Great infinity pool.   Any requests were handle quickly.   We will stay again with Olga & Robert.  You can not go wrong with Casa Bella Vista.

We stayed at Casa Bella Vista for 45 days.  Olga & Robert are excellent hosts.  They took care of any question or concern immediately.  The house is right on the ocean about 180 feet above a cove.  Spectacular sunsets every night.  We were very comfortable.  We already booked to go back in January for another 2-1/2 months.  Looking forward to Olga & Roberts continued hospitality.

Olga and Robert’s place is amazing. The house is really nice and has all the conditions to have a great time with family and friends. It has a fantastic view to admire a beautiful sunset, a swimming pool and a grill for a nice barbecue, and the rooms are really nice and comfortable. Additionally, they were always very kind and responsive, and answered every question we had. We definitely recommend this place!

Casa Bella Vista – Vacation of a lifetime! The Casa is on a cliff looking over the Pacific Ocean. Sea birds fly by regularly. The house is very clean and has everything you need. You don’t even need to leave the 2700 acre Rancho Santana property as you have access to several beaches, jungle trails, world class empty surf, restaurants and a little store. The store has home grown veggies, baked bread, local meats, and eggs, homemade cheese and much more. You can also buy groceries, fresh fish, and gasoline in the nearby villas. Rob and Olga are extremely helpful. We provided a list and they purchased groceries for us and checked in to make sure everything was ok. Rancho Santana and the surrounding villas feel very safe. We flew into Costa Esmeralda Airport (a 12 minute drive to Rancho Santana) from Liberia Costa Rica and completely avoided the cities. Our friends took a day trip to Managua and felt totally safe, tourists were never targeted in the first place. We are so glad we didn't change our travel plans and came after all!!!! Its waaaaay safer here than Mexico. So whoever you are, a surfer or a family, we highly recommend this property and Nicaragua. People here are absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed our stay so much that we already booked our next trip! Can't wait to return to Casa Bella Vista!

This was a fantastic stay, Olga was extremely responsive and quite frankly, the pictures don't show how beautfiful the place is. The house is great, the view is absurd, the infinity pool on the cliff is really astonishing. Moreover, the care of the Rancho overall is very clean and tidy, I would recommend this place to anyone.

We just spent a week at Casa Bella Vista in Rancho Santana (8 total - 4 adults & 4 kids) and the house was great. - Completely met and exceeded our expectations. Olga was incredibly responsive and hospitable. She stocked our kitchen with a pre-arranged grocery list, set up airport transfer to/from Managua and even arranged for a chef to prepare fantastic dinner one night. The housecleaner came every morning and also didi a great job. We will definitely be staying here or at one of their other properties in the future. Thanks again!

If you are looking for a great spot to sit back and enjoy the sunset look no further. It is a great spot for a large family to hang out and enjoy the warm weather. The roads to get to the house are a little bumpy and in wet season you would definitely need 4-wheel drive. But luckily we went in dry season and had no issues. The resort restaurants and amenities are pretty awesome, so dont spend too much time in the house enjoying the view because the resort has a lot to offer as well.

Staff was amazing - took care of dishes, cleaned every room/surface and even helped with laundry. All was taken care of by the time we were home from our morning surf. Layout was great - super conducive to hanging as a group. Views were much better than even the pictures illustrate. Hosts were very responsive. Issue with water pressure was taken care of within a day or two. Kitchen and grill was nice for cooking.   Not much going on in rancho santana but that's no fault of the hosts--and there is a small market on the property which was convenient. Definitely recommend!

Casa Bellavista is a great value for Rancho Santana.  The property is better than advertised on airbnb.  Sunsets from the terrace are unbelievable!  We recommend having a car or 4x4 during your stay.  The only restaurant and beach within walking distance is La Boquita and Playa Rosada.  We had great communication with Robert and Olga before and during our stay.  If you are planning a trip to Nicaragua we highly recommend staying at one of Robert and Olga's properties.  

Of the 4 couples that we went to this beautiful house, all of us LOVED it. Very comfortable. Amazing view. Has everything you need to make you feel like you are in your home away from home. We appreciated being treated so nicely. Would definetly stay with Olga and Robert again.

Olga was great! We locked our key in our room and she was super responsive and patient working with us. The house is beautiful and is perfect for 6-7 people. Side note: I strongly recommend renting an SUV/truck while on ranch. Regular cars make moving around more difficult as some hills are quite steep.

Our stay at Rancho Santana's Casa Bellavista was absolutely wonderful and our hosts Olga/Robert arranged every last detail. We have been to Rancho Santana before, but were so pleased with the service Olga and Robert had setup for our stay. Casa Bellavista is a wonderful home with a perfect overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed magical sunsets each evening from the large open air porch. The rooms were very neat and clean and offered our family of 4 all that we needed during our stay. The house is laid out well to enjoy the ocean views from the infinity pool, master suite, large porch and dining / living areas. We loved opening the doors during the day to enjoy the breeze. We opted to have lunch and dinner cooked for us by the onsite maid on several days. The meals were all good and included fresh, healthy options. I would suggest having the meal service. All of the grocery shopping was also taken care of prior to our arrival, so we had plenty of food in the house. Olga went above and beyond to recommend Yasmil, who has a driving and guide service. He will accommodate any needs. Yasmil rescued us after our son's flight was cancelled and he needed to be picked up at the airport in Costa Rica. He also arranged for us to visit the Masaya volcano and Christian the driver made additional suggestions to visit Granada and Catarina, which we did and so happy to have done that. Olga contacted us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. She can also arrange surf lessons and has access to many contacts in the area so that you can do just about anything you want. Highly recommended and enjoyed our 2nd stay at Rancho Santana even more than the first thanks to our hosts and Casa Bellavista.
