The Space

Welcome to Villa Viajero, a stylish poolside condominium offering all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay in the heart of Tamarindo. The condo is located within a quiet gated community called Villa Verde 2, just a five-minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the vibrant downtown area.

This two-story ground floor unit features two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and blackout curtains. The master bedroom includes a private balcony. The front porch overlooks the pool, providing a peaceful spot to unwind.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, designed for those who enjoy cooking at home. All appliances are newer, and air conditioning units are installed in every room.

A daily security guard is present on the property from 1 PM to 6 AM for added safety.

Guest Access and Guidelines

• This property is adults only. Guests aged 12 and older are welcome, but any exceptions must be discussed with the host before booking.
• Please read all house rules and Airbnb guidelines carefully.
• Cable TV is available, but there is no access to Smart TV platforms such as Netflix. Guests may bring their own HDMI-compatible streaming devices if desired.
• Laundry service is offered by request with at least 24 hours' notice. The fee is $10 per wash, dry, and fold cycle, payable in cash. The long-time housekeeper, Rubi, can complete laundry either with guests present or when they are away.
• Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please avoid blocking other vehicles.
• Candles of any kind are not allowed anywhere inside the home.
• A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink.

Important House Rules

• Follow all instructions regarding the use of air conditioning units. Never leave the air conditioning on when you are not home. Misuse can cause severe damage and result in repair charges.
• Be cautious with curtains and blinds to avoid damage.
• Do not sit on furniture with wet clothes.
• Bathroom towels should not be taken to the beach.
• Dispose of all sanitary products in the waste bins as indicated by bathroom signs.
• Rinse off sandy feet or shoes in the public shower near the pool before entering the condo. "Dirt towels" are provided near the front door to help clean legs, feet, and shoes after the beach or during muddy conditions.
