The Space
This fully renovated condo offers a comfortable and practical living environment. It includes its own dedicated water tank, along with a water softener and a filtration system featuring UV and sediment filters. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for convenience.
The layout spans three floors, each offering a distinct experience:
- First floor: living area, kitchen, and a powder room
- Second floor: two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
- Third floor: master bedroom
The condo is designed to accommodate families or remote workers, featuring ample space and multiple workstations. Internet speed is 225 Mbps, suitable for those working remotely. Each bedroom—the master and two guest rooms—has its own desk and chair, providing private areas for work or conference calls.

Important Notes on Water Usage
Water is a valuable resource in Guanacaste. While the condo has a dedicated backup water tank, guests are asked to use water responsibly, especially from December through May when rainfall is scarce and the town may periodically shut off water to conserve supplies.

Anton's place is nice. It's been recently updated. It's in a convenient location and very walkable to the beach and local restaurant's. My family and I enjoyed it, and we would book again. The air worked well and there was hot water in the showers. Anton was very communicative when we needed him.

Anton was a great host. He was very responsive when we had a question. The condo was perfect for us over our 6 week stay. The internet worked very well, enabling us to be digital nomads. Anton even offered us a complimentary cleaning service every week, which was a real treat. The location was great: close to the action, but on a quiet street and only a few minutes from the beach. The pool area had lovely landscaping. We would return if we ever found ourselves in Tamarindo again. Thanks, Anton!
