The space Perks of this condo - the condo complex has its own water tank, and then this condo has a backup water tank dedicated to only this unit, to hold extra water for the dry season, in Guanacaste there is normally a water shortage - you should never run out of water at our condo as we have a backup tank. There is also a water filtration system by sediment, carbon and UV as well as a water softener for that added luxury comfort. WORKING-ON-THE-GO We have an internet speed of 225Mb for those working on the go. The Master and 2 Guest Bedrooms have it's own working desk and chair for those who need a work station or some private space for conference calls. Guest access There is owner parking and on street parking. First come basis. Please note that on the south side of the building the transition from the road to the parking area is high, so caution should be used not to damage your vehicle. Security Camera: There is one security camera at the main entrance of the unit to allow for guest-host communication. WATER: Water is a very precious resource here in Guanacaste. We do have a back-up water tank for the unit specifically, however, please be mindful of water usage especially during the month of DEC - MAY when we are without rain for months and the town shuts off water periodically to conserve water.

## Important Notes on Water Usage

Water is a valuable resource in Guanacaste. While the condo has a dedicated backup water tank, guests are asked to use water responsibly, especially from December through May when rainfall is scarce and the town may periodically shut off water to conserve supplies.
