If you are looking to get away from the city and relax completely with the sounds of the sea, Casa Tuna is ideal for you. Only 20 steps to the beach. The space Distribución: 1) Room with Queen Bed and Single Bed, 2) Room with Litera and Single Bed. In addition to 6, a Japanese-style floor bed is added - 3 full bathrooms: one in each room and a bathroom in the living room - Outdoor areas near the beach to enjoy sunsets and nights with good company. - Beach with few people, you can enjoy a huge bay, it is a perfect place if you are looking for privacy and comfort. - Parking areas available. Because these natural factors, you may encounter bugs outside. We do our best to keep the rooms insect free, however, we respect nature and avoid harming them. - I don't know how to provide drinking water. Carrying their own drinking water. - 26kw Day Electricity Consumption Excess consumption is 11.20 córdobas kw/h. -Hora extra voucher for entry and exit is worth $10.

Hello, we returned from our stay at the Casa Tuna in Playa el Coco. Ismael is a great person...never rests as he is always watching for customer needs, etc. Very corteous, a man. The apartment is very nice and confortable. With all the necessary ingredients for staying confortably. There were a few caveats however: - The electricity was not stable at times. There was a moment without power for about an hour. - There was a leak under the sink that even Ismael applied some glue but did not help. - The receptacle holding the filter water also leaked. We could not use it. - The windows placed at the apartment are not proper for an air condition setting as the cold air leaks out of them and warm air comes in. We were four guests staying at the aparment. Only one AC was active while in the premises. - I was charged an additional $17 dollars because of additional 51 Kw usage. Overall a nice stay. Would I refer / comeback to stay again....certainly. Rafael

We had a great stay at Playa El Coco. The apartment is nice, 30 seconds walk to the amazing beach. However, as other comments mentionned, there is no direct view from the appartment as another building blocks the view. That haven't refrained us of anything however as the beach is so close. A convenience store is at less than 10 minutes walk with everything you need, even some basic cooking ingredients. The appartment is well equipped as well, but bring your own cooking basics, as the only thing available during our stay was salt (no oil, pepper, sugar, etc.), but it's wasn't a big deal. The rooms are comfy, the energy limit is more than enough of you us A/C only to sleep. The staff is nice. We'd go again anytime!

Très bel emplacement, Playa El Coco est une merveilleuse plage. Le logement est situé derrière un plus gros logement, donc pas de vue sur la mer directement du logement, et le terrain qu’on voit sur les photos est uniquement pour les résidents du gros logement en question. Pour ce qui est de la résidence, il manque malheureusement beaucoup de commodités. Par exemple, il n’y avait pas de coupe à vin, on a dû aller en acheter qu’on a d’ailleurs laisser là pour les prochains occupants. La table à manger est une table pliante si petite que nous n’étions pas capable de s’y asseoir toute la famille (2 adultes 3 enfants). Les chambres à coucher sont bien et possèdent toutes les deux leur chambre de bain. Pour ce qui est de la communication avec le propriétaire, cela a été très difficile. On pouvait attendre 12 à 24 heures avant d’avoir une réponse pour des chose quand même très importantes (la porte ne barrait pas de l’intérieur donc on avait peur pour notre sécurité la nuit).

Les personnes responsables de la location ont resolu tous les problemes que nous avons eu avec beaucoup d efficacité et de rapidité, nous permettant de passer un très bon séjour ! De nouveau un grand merci!

La maison était très bien située à quelque pas de la mer dans un secteur très calme. Deux chambres avec chacune une salle de bain. Toutefois, le mobilier présent dans la maison aurait pu être de meilleure qualité et plus confortable (petite table pliante pour manger et divan très inconfortable). À notre arrivée, la maison n’était pas prête, les personnes responsables n’avaient pas été informées de notre arrivée. De plus, nous n’avions plus de propane pour la cuisinière dès le jour un. Nous en avons informé les propriétaires sans avoir de réponse. Nous avons finalement eu du propane le lendemain soir à 20h30. J’ai envoyé de multiples messages aux propriétaire sans avoir aucune réponse. L’endroit est très bien mais la gestion est très déficiente. De plus, nous avons été informé que nous devions payer l’électricité supplémentaire alors qu’il n’y avait aucune mention à cet effet dans l’annonce. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas le logement.

Beautiful beachside stay, perfect for families. The two-bedroom, two-bath layout gave us plenty of space and easy beach access. We were given 26 kW of power daily, keeping A/C to night-time and using fans during the day to stay comfortable. Power and WiFi were occasionally inconsistent, which is common in the area. A car is recommended to get around. Overall, a very relaxing spot with a gorgeous beach—great for families who can adapt to occasional service variability. We loved our stay on this pristine beach.

Rene’s house was spotless and everything worked very well. What we would have liked was more information about Playa de Coco ahead of coming there. There is no Place nearby to buy food and only one restaurant with irregular openings hours, high prices and bland reviews. For example we wanted to go there to have breakfast 8am in the morning (on Google they open at 7am) but the restaurant was closed. Also we couldn’t find anywhere where we could rent surfing boards. This would be good if the host could add to the description of the place because basically as guest one has to bring all the food and drinks that is needed during the stay. Of course we take some blame, we should have done better research ourselves. But this is a suggestion for improvement.
