Located on a beautiful property with a private trail to a quiet, rocky beach, Lapa Villas is an ideal place for families and groups. There are 3 homes on the property; Lapa Villa #2 has 2 bedrooms- one with a king and one with 2 singles which make a king, and a sofa-bed in the indoor living room. The rustic, outdoor kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, and flows into the covered pool area. The heated, covered pool is divine rain or shine. A great place for wildlife! The space There are in fact three homes on the property--the upper home (#1), the 'Terrace Villa' (#2) and the Master Villa (#3). Lapa Villa #2 is the heart of the property, with its ocean-view pool and outdoor, covered kitchen and dining area. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level which each have large, ensuite bathrooms, as well as a small, indoor living/TV room with a sofa bed. On the lower level is the sauna which is accessed via an exterior stair. A manicured trail leads down to a private beach which is shared by only 3 properties. Lapa Villas #1 and #3 may be rented for an additional fee. However--these areas will NOT be rented to other guests if you rent #2, ensuring that you have the entire property to yourselves. Lapa Villas has an amazing location. Not only is there a 5-minute beach trail to a semi-private, rocky beach, but it's also walkable to 2 other local beaches: Playa Biesanz and Playa Espadilla. Playa Biesanz (12 min) is a small cove beach good for kids and snorkeling. Playa Espadilla (20 min) is the main public beach and is 2km long, ending in the national park. Finally, due to the surrounding rainforest there is regularly a ton of wildlife at the property--toucans, monkeys, sloths, scarlet macaws, etc., are common sightings. (Keep your bananas locked up!) Lapa Villas is one of those properties that has everything! Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves. We have a great full-time housekeeper, Arellys, as well as a maintenance guy / nature guide, Yader! Other things to note NOTE: The owners are currently constructing a small guest house on the property, approximately halfway down the beach path. The site is not visible from the lower house, but there may be some light construction noise between 8am - 4pm Mon-Sat. Furthermore, the workers need to access the property via the main entrance, and will pass beneath the lower house when arriving and departing--not intruding on your privacy visually, but they may be heard briefly at 7am and then 4pm. We will do our best to ensure that the construction does not interfere with guests' enjoyment of the property but you will also pass by the site on the way down to the beach.

Lapa Villa #2 serves as the centerpiece of the property, offering an ocean-view pool alongside a rustic outdoor kitchen and covered dining area. This villa has two bedrooms on the main level, each with spacious ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom contains a king-size bed, while the other has two single beds that can be combined to form a king. Additionally, there is a small indoor living and TV room with a sofa bed.

On the lower level, accessible via an exterior staircase, guests will find a sauna. The heated, covered pool is enjoyable regardless of the weather, providing a relaxing spot rain or shine.

A well-maintained trail connects the property to a private beach shared by only three homes.

Lapa Villas #1 and #3 are available for rent at an additional cost. However, if you book Villa #2, the other two homes will not be rented to other guests, ensuring exclusive use of the entire property.

## Location

Lapa Villas boasts a fantastic location with easy access to several beaches. A five-minute walk along the private trail leads to a semi-private rocky beach.

Two other local beaches are within walking distance:

- Playa Biesanz (12 minutes): A small cove ideal for children and snorkeling.
- Playa Espadilla (20 minutes): The main public beach, stretching 2 kilometers and ending at the national park.

The surrounding rainforest attracts abundant wildlife, including toucans, monkeys, sloths, and scarlet macaws. Guests are advised to keep bananas securely stored to avoid attracting animals.

## Guest Access

Guests renting Villa #2 will have exclusive use of the entire property, with no other guests staying in the other two homes during their stay.

The property is supported by a full-time housekeeper, Arellys, and a maintenance worker and nature guide, Yader, who are available to assist guests.

## Other Things to Note

The owners are currently building a small guest house approximately halfway down the beach path. This construction site is not visible from Villa #2 but may cause some light noise between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Workers access the property through the main entrance and pass beneath Villa #2 when arriving and leaving. While this does not affect visual privacy, some noise may be heard briefly around 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Efforts will be made to minimize any disruption, but guests should be aware that they will pass the construction site on the way to the beach.
