Amazing stay. Bethany was very nice & helpful. She communicated with me so well. Nice house. Pictures so no justice for how nice the backyard setting looks. Plan on staying again whenever I’m in Cancun. Make sure you book the chef he was so clutch. 5 star Airbnb!!!

Casa Lagoon was the perfect stay for our bachelor party over a long weekend. Bethany was extremely helpful and responsive to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the trip! The place was perfect for 8 of us and all amenities were great! I’d highly recommend a day out on the private yacht as well as making use of the private chef and stocking the house with groceries, too!

As an Airbnb host myself, I fully understand what it takes to be a great host, and I have to say, Bethany blew me away. She wasn’t just a host; she was our trip organizer, concierge, and so much more. From arranging every excursion and dinner reservation to managing cleaners, chefs, and staff, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was effortless. She always checked up to see if we needed anything. Her team was always available to get us whatever we needed, and the level of service was nothing short of 5 stars. The villa's location on the water was incredible, and the entire group absolutely loved both the property and Bethany's exceptional service. She truly set the bar for what an Airbnb experience should be! I will absolutely go back to her place next time I'm in Cancun again.

We just had my bachelorette party and had the most amazing time! Bethany was incredibly helpful with anything and everything. She also was very quick to respond to us! The location was perfect because it was away from the main street with hotels and clubs so it felt private and peaceful but close enough to get there with Uber. We did the yacht service and that was a must-do. Having the boat pick up and drop off at the house was so convenient! My only critique was the chef service- the food was delicious however the service and groceries were a little bit more on the expensive side. In hindsight, I would have just hired the chef for the day or Uber eats was very reliable. All in all, I would definitely stay at Bethany’s place again!

This Airbnb went beyond my expectations! We had a bachelorette party of 10 girls, & Bethany went above & beyond! She set us up with transportation to & from the airport & for our nights out, stocked up our fridge with groceries, provided us with chef dinners at the house (best tacos I’ve ever had), & our favorite was our boat day that picked us up right from the backyard! Being able to walk outside to the dock & get on a boat was so incredible. The boat provided beers, guacamole, & ceviche & basically took us wherever we wanted! Loved the flexibility. The house had plenty of space for our 10 girls & the palapa was a beautiful space for us to have our dinners. Every night when we’d come back we’d all jump in the pool & have the best time. Couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough, & when I’m back in Cancun I will be coming back here !

What can I really say about this Host? First of all, the communication was the absolute best. She keeps in touch with you every step of the way including making sure you get to the house and greeting you at the front door. All of the different services she can provide are outstanding, from the private chef (YOU MUST) to the massage therapist who were tremendously the BEST! The location is perfect!! The house was all that was expected and more. The view at night was impeccable. You are so close to everything (HOTEL ZONE) but not right in it. Make sure to have your Breakfast and coffee outside each morning and you won't regret it. There is a groundskeeper that make sure the pool is clean, and grounds are beautiful. The small neighborhood stores and restaurants were the BEST, but WALMART and others are close by if needed. Scooters are available nearby for extra fun if you want. Would we come back? Of course we would. It was all worth it! THANKS, BETHANY FOR ALL YOU DO AS HOST!!

This was the perfect house for our group trip to Cancun. The host, Bethany was incredibly helpful through the planning process and was able to arrange multiple private chef meals (incredible food), boat trips, and tickets to shows. We were also able to work with the host to have the house stocked with groceries on arrival. They do daily maintenance to keep the pool and outdoor space tidy, and the outdoor palapa is great for group dinners and hanging out. Centrally located to the hotel zone, I would highly recommend booking with Bethany and her team!

Bethany and her crew were amazing! Bethany was so responsive, organized and kind throughout our entire planning as well as the trip. You can tell she loves her job and she’s very good at it. The house was beautiful and we absolutely loved the private chef as well as the yacht day. A nice gentleman came every morning to clean the pool and Bethany checked in on us daily to see if we needed anything. I also appreciated that she was able to give suggestions of things to do in the area. She’s very knowledgeable and is fluent in Spanish. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. 5 stars!
