The Space
Relax with the whole family in this peaceful oceanfront home, set on a unique beach surrounded by lush nature. Casa Mar Serenidad is located at Playa Tesoro, one of Nicaragua’s Pacific beach gems, approximately 45 minutes from León and two hours from Managua.
The property is pet-friendly, so you are welcome to bring your pets. Please provide the usual care and help maintain the cleanliness of the house and its spaces.

The house has three identical bedrooms. Each room includes:

Location and Supplies
Because the property is located far from a populated center, guests are encouraged to bring all necessary food and beverages.
A small mini-market is located along the main road to Salinas Grandes, approximately 25 minutes from the house.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
Electricity
The nightly rate includes a maximum electricity consumption of 40 kilowatt-hours per day.
To help monitor usage, the caretaker will show you the electricity meter reading upon arrival. Please check the reading again before departure. Each additional kilowatt-hour is charged at 15 córdobas, and the caretaker will collect the corresponding payment.
The house receives residential electricity service from DisNorte and does not have a power generator.
Guest Access and Safety
- The storage room and caretaker’s room are not accessible to guests.
- The rooftop has no railings. Children may not access it without adult supervision.
- Guests may go to the rooftop to take photographs, but it may not be used for other activities.

La Casa es perfecta para desconectarse, posee todo lo necesario para estar cómodo. WIFI, energía, AC, TV, Cocina equipada. Habitaciones con buen espacio, lo único es que para ir el camino es algo difícil debido a las piedras tienes que llevar un vehículo con buena altura. La atención es excelente.

Excelente si buscas privacidad , tranquilidad y desconectar. La playa esta frente al mar es hermoso. La mitad del camino no es de asfalto , pero, muy accesible. La señal del internet no es muy buena y la señal de la red telefonica local tampoco, pero, aun asi disfrutas de la playa y la tranquilidad. Hay un ranchito frente al mar que con unas personas seria spectacular. Muy recomendado y seguro regreso. Tambien el personal de la casa les doy un 100 💯 excelente atencion

Lots today and keep yourself entertained with within the home, but ne prepared to have nothing else around you. Everything is far away, needing a car to get to any shops, which was informed to us. The drive was rocky, but its to be expected. Overall, the family had a fun and wonderful time! Sadly though, the beach, for as beautiful as it was, was not particularly safe for swimming or lounging in.

Roger muy atento. solo se necesita prestar más atención con el mantenimiento de las puertas y mejora de limpieza, y cuido del hermoso jardín. Tenía la misma expectativa de la visita anterior, encontré pequeños cambios. Pero, definitivamente volveré!

Il est important de savoir qu’une 4x4 est nécessaire comme il y a 45 minutes de chemin en gravier à faire. C’est vraiment au milieu de nul part alors vous n’aurez aucune commodité à proximité. Il fait excessivement chaud dans la cuisine ce qui rendait l’expérience moins agréable pour cuisiner. Le point positif de cet endroit est la plage très intime et l’hôte qui est très réceptif ainsi que réactif. La plage était incroyable, sable magnidique. Nous avons eu un sentiment d’insécurité au départ d’être autant au milieu de nulle part surtout que nous passons dans des terres en croisant de la forte pauvreté, mais nous avons passé par dessus. Si jamais vous chercher la paix c’est le bon endroit, si vous souhaitez faire des activités à proximité ce n’est pas pour vous.

This house is absolutely perfect! The communication was excellent. Took my mother on a weekend getaway and This was the perfect place. The sound of the waves was so peaceful. It was very clean and the experience overall was wonderful. It was a bit of a challenge to find the house but we were guided by one of the locals. Definitely will be coming back.
