For over 26 years, Casa and Casitas Linda Vista has been Playa Grande’s best-kept secret. This secluded oasis sits on a three-acre hilltop estate overlooking the Pacific Ocean, where ocean and mountain views blend harmoniously with tropical forest and pristine sandy beaches.

The main house, Casa Linda Vista, is the largest of three fully equipped homes on the property. It is a two-story, two-bedroom residence featuring:

• Panoramic ocean and mountain views
• Two tiled bathrooms
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• Wrap-around screened windows that invite cool breezes and create a treetop sleeping experience
• A balcony perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets over the Pacific

Constructed with native woods and volcanic rock, the house offers a unique, natural ambiance. It comfortably accommodates between 2 and 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

The property borders Las Baulas National Park and is just a few minutes’ walk from Playa Grande’s main surf breaks.

For larger groups, the estate includes two additional fully equipped houses, allowing accommodation for up to 16 people when combined with the main house.
